Can't fault the place was clean
It's a shame I booked a twin room the beds were so close together no room to separate, if I knew that I would of booked double room elsewhere , and location is opposite a general waste incinerator which left a lingering smell and made it unable to open a window

Great location, with a supermarket just a 10-minute walk away. Bus, tram, and metro connections to the city are also within a 10-minute walk. Coffee and tea are available at the bar/reception. Cozy rooms with a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer is provided. I appreciated that the windows can fully open. The air conditioning was working well, and the mattress was very comfortable. Nice staff, I would return.
I only wish they had a mini fridge.

You have everything and the location is great even if is not located in the city centre
Everything was good
7.0 / 10.0
Room had a full-size mirror, overall good. Bathing towels and body wash were provided.
It did not have any of the following: an oven, water heating kettle and welcome packs.
Veheciles going on the road were very much audible.
There was a heater system in the room (I guess), but it was not working/not in my control (temperature, exhaust fan and so on).
The hotel is remotely located.

It was quiet
The location was not good for us, 20 minutes walk to the station; partly uphill. We are elderly and the walk was too much first thing in the morning and late in the evening. No shops or restaurants closer than ten minutes’ walk except a household goods hyperstore, with a very limited cafe.
The hotel had very little evidence of staff - although our room was refreshed every day.
There was absolutely no ambience and the only view from our room was the city waste disposal site - all the waste is burned there to provide heating, it was quiet, but fully illuminated at night.

Friendly staff.
Good beds, we slept very well.
Some free games in the common areas.
Overall it was good but some details like There were not enough supplies in the bathroom. There were no subtitles in any language other than French on the TV. The Wi-Fi connected but didn't work.

Ac unit wasn’t working properly. Raised the complaint but their attitude poor, nothing was done.

It's easily accessible from the bus stop (if you pass through the Pathé IMAX building). There are three elevators. The room was cleaned every day.
The garbage incinerator across the street and the smell. The lack of more towels - we were only provided with one towel for all purposes. There was only one pillow per person.

Clean, new
The breakfast was not very easy to adapt, as I'm dairy-free, and even the omelette contained milk) Sometimes boiled eggs would be safe )

It was clean.
That the toilets were out of order you couldn’t use it in reception, Sunday there was only certain things available for breakfast not like Saturday that there was more, also I was never informed about paying extra for early check in before hand when I was in communication in regards to this before our stay.

It's difficult to think of anything I liked at this facility. Right from my arrival, first contact with staff, location of hotel, view from my room, slow wifi that disconnects often and lack of essential amenities in room. Sadly, I did not like anything.
It was my first time in France, after arriving from lovely Amsterdam. The male staff that checked me in was unnecessarily rude and belligerent. He was on the phone when I arrived and failed to acknowledge my presence until he had finished his phone call. After check-in, I requested an iron & he informed me that he had to keep my ID until the iron is returned (which I'm fine with), except that he then insinuated that I might take their cheap iron with me to the USA. I've never been so insulted in my life.
The hotel room was basic & and the wifi was terrible. It kept disconnecting, and you had to fill out a form online with your biodata each time it disconnected. I'm glad that I have a good international cellphone plan, so I didn't have to rely on wifi.
The location was a good 10 -15 mins walk from the closest tram and is located in an industrial area.
My room periodically got cold, and the sockets in the room were short-circuited with low voltage. I had to charge my phone all night to get a decent charge and never had a full battery.
I was also charged about £40 above the price I was quoted for reservation.

Great value for money, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
We were rather cold in the first night inside the room, we let them know at the reception, they promised to check on the AC with a technician but the heat remained the same for the 2nd night as well.

Like all B&B hotels, this one in Paris allows you to check-in if you're running super late, which was perfect for us as we had a late Eurostar into Paris - I think we arrived after 11pm but it wasn't a problem.
The hotel was super clean, the room was a good size and very quiet.
Breakfast was great value, plenty on offer and I was impressed with how quickly the fresh pastries were replenished as soon as they were running low.
The hotel is in a bit of an industrial area, next door to what looks like a cement works with a big chimney - but that being said, it didn't seem to smell and it didn't lower the quality of the hotel, so was soon forgotten once we got inside.

The room is spacious, unlike most rooms in other hotels. The young reception staff is GREAT. Cleaning staff is good. Cleaning is good.
Breakfast is good. Water is offered at all times downstairs. The electrical sockets in the room are everywhere in the and they are of quality.
There’s a certain smell in the area, perhaps an incinerator or sth emitting a certain smell some days. If you leave your window open flies will come in. The shower booth is only divided by a curtain the ends of which have become yellow. During cleaning the floor was vacuumed but not mopped. It’s a fair stay for a good price. There is no market very close by, you have to walk 1km+ for Carrefour in the area, which is a hypermarket. The area is industrial.

The rooms were very clean
Staff was friendly and helpful
English was good in comparison to most places in Paris
They clened the room almost everyday
It looks new
The WiFi connection
U have to register every single day ro get access it's so inconvenient. Like in the morning I registered and after 5 hours I had to do that again.
Why can't be another simple system to it?
The location
It's really far away from city center.
Like 2 hours walk to be in center. Take it into account that transport isn't cheap in Paris. We took e scooter for 30 min to get to center and paid 20 euros. Taxi is 25 and public is 2.40 for 1 time ticket. And bus stop isn't close to the hotel. Consider that how much time and money u will spend on travel to city centre every day. If u are a tourist aloft course. In evening it's quite dark area so u can't feel safe completely.

Clean. Decent staff
- the walls are thin and I could hear someone snoring in the room next to me.
- there were mosquitoes in my room even though I had the windows closed.
- the wifi on the 9th floor was so slow it was unusable and I was here for work.
- the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am, I know this isn’t your fault but it still made the overall experience of staying with you guys negative.

That it was clean and the bed was comfy. Initally I was surprised at tthe cheaper price than I had expected but upon seeing the small room facing the factory it made sense.
The view from our room was the waste treatment facility across the street. There was a permanent smell of plastic in the air if you opened the window. There were only paper cups in the bathroom and the Chromecast on the TV did not work.

Shower and very comfortable bed.
Tram stop 10mins walk away.
The location, a 10min walk from the tram, under the motorway through an industrial estate. View from my window was the smoking incinerator for all of Paris's rubbish. Open 24/7. I felt unsafe walking through this area late at night.
8.0 / 10.0
- reasonable price, quiet enough, exactly as advertized
- location is a bit off the usual places you want to be (and a bit industrial) but you can rent an e-scooter or e-bike and you're downtown in like 15min
5.0 / 10.0
View on the concrete factory. 200 € a night. poor sound isolation.
