Great location and excellent value. The owner was extremely friendly and was really kind, he packed me breakfast and accompanied me to the bus station in the early morning, I really appreciated that. Room was warm and the private bathroom was great. Would stay here again.

Very cheap place, so for this kind of money it is 10. Offers hot shower and a good place to stay.
Maybe a heater during colder nights, but we didn't ask, so I can't expect it.

The host was most accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a very good night’s sleep after a long day travelling. The breakfast was very good, including a hot breakfast with your eggs cooked as you liked. It is also only a short walk to the Lake and to the Bus Terminal, even though an uber is easy and cheap ($5 perivian pecos) as an alternative.
The hot water is not consistent in the shower, but if you wait for a while it warms up. Otherwise this was a lovely place to stay in Puno.
