Comfortable bed-nice paint colour-good breakfast with nice background music -staff helpful

We were not informed about renovations going on, which affected our hot water availability one day. Very cold breakfast room. Light bulbs in our room needed replacing. Pictures should have been hung lower on the wall for best effect

Great location for the bus and train and 15 mins uphill to the main square. Local markets surround you and it’s nice to be able to get up and watch the sunrise and be close to the lake, very safe neighbour good . I was travelling solo and had no issues . The staff are great and the little girl was just a treasure ! Breakfast was simple , tea coffee banana bread jam and scrambled eggs all made to order and service with a smile ! Probably my best stay in Puno and definetly the cheapest by far !

For the money it's great. Maya Inn offers simple accommodation with big room, great bathroom (spacious, good shower, actually a place/shelf to put toiletries on, which is rare), plenty warm blankets. The staff is very friendly. (TV had a couple channels in English which was a unexpected bonus). Good location close to the port and big market, the street itself is interesting to watch, if you are interested in ordinary everyday life. about 10 min walk to the Plaza, 10 min walk to Bus terminal.
