Todos los miembros del personal con los que tratamos fueron muy amables e informativos. El hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad/precio. La ubicación es muy buena.

We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Richard’s exceptional hospitality. When we needed a room adjustment, he handled it swiftly and seamlessly, ensuring we were completely comfortable. Even better, because we had to catch a very early bus on our departure day, Richard went above and beyond to arrange an early breakfast for us. His attentiveness and care made a huge difference in our trip. We highly appreciate his help and cannot recommend this hotel enough!
Breakfast was very good and filling. There was tea available in the lobby. Water in the bathroom was very hot!

Puno is interesting because of Lake Titicaca.. i ended up booking a tour in the bus station.. we only had half day and did the Uros island tour. It was interesting and we learnt alot. I highly reccomend the inka express from cusco to puno.. we stopped at 5 interesting historical places and it was really worth it..the hotel was comfortable enough. PUNO was quite cold and i felt the heating could have been switched on in the morning as well. There is a lovely little burger shop to the left about 5 minutes down.. this place was good enough for one night. They offered affordavbe transfers to juliaca airport. It is a 10 minute walk to the main square.. we haf a lovely pizza in Pizzco..
We had an almost 11 hour bus journey on the inka express..delayed due to traffic in Juliaca..when I got to the hotel, i asked the woman at reception to let my parents and young kids go to the room while i completed check in. She showed no compassion and kept us all there for nearly 30 minutes to complete the paperwork heavy check in process. I was so livid and tired. Other places demonstrated more understanding. This really needs to be addressed. The men on reception the next day were more accomodating.

It’s location is good and the price is fair.
Heating has a time limit and sockets to plug in electronics don’t work well.
