When you get room that you book its good. But first they will give you the worst possible.
We have booked spacious room with big windows but at arrival we've been given damp 5m2 room without windows. After a dispute magically there was a key to our room which we paid for more than the lowest standard one. Before the receptionist said that its all occupied.
The staff is weirdly rude. Maybe they dont get paid. They dont answer to your greetings, they look like they want to kill you.

Location, breakfast, private room, terrace
Shared Bathrooms did not have soap or towels and we were not given towels in our rooms either - the website did not say to bring your own towels. Locks on bathroom doors don’t work

Location and staff
The bathroom was a bit old and the stairs had steps of different sizes
