El dueño muy amable, me permitió pasar el día allí después de mi check out y se preocupó por mí ya que estaba enferma. Un lugar muy recomendable

No había calefacción y los pisos de abajo eran muy fríos.

The space was very clean and the beds were big, comfortable, and had thick blankets on them which were a must with the cold. The owner was very helpful, making sure the simple breakfast was available for me before my tour at 7am and letting me hang out until later in the evening after checking out before my night bus to Cusco

The room is quite cold. There’s an outdoor patio heater in the room he turns on in the evenings until 10pm or so to try to warm up the space a bit but even sitting directly beside it for hours, it only marginally felt warmer. The sheets were warm enough for sleeping so as long as you have warmer clothes for hanging out in the space itself you should be fine. Street signage marking the entrance could also be helpful for arrival but the owner stays alert and comes out quickly to let you in

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Giovanni al ritorno dall’isola di Amantani. L’host si è dimostrato molto disponibile ad accoglierci alle prime ore del mattino, ad aiutarci nell’organizzazione del tour sul lago Titicaca e nel contattare il transfer per l’aereoporto di Juliaca. Struttura molto comoda e vicina alla piazza centrale.

Das Bett war bequem

Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber & es gab kein Frühstüxk, wie ursprünglich angegeben. Und ich habe über das Hostel einen Shuttle zum Flughafen organisiert bekommen. Ich habe ihnen gesagt, ich muss um 16:00 Uhr spätestens in Juliaca sein, was mir versichert wurde. Schlussendlich wurden nach mir so viele Leute aufgesammelt, dass wir erst um 15:40 aus Puno hinaus kam. Ich wollte um 15:00 Uhr das Shuttle verlassen und ein Taxi rufen, damit ich pünktlich komme, allerdings wurde mir das verweigert. Als ich das Hostel kontaktiert habe, haben sie gesagt, dass es sich schon ausgehen wird. Ich kam wenige Minuten vor dem Boarding Start am Flughafen an, habe fast meinen Flug verpasst & als ich das Hostel darüber kontaktiert habe, wurde behauptet, dass ich erst um 17:30 am Flughafen sein wollte, obwohl der Chatverlauf sehr offensichtlich 16:00 Uhr sagte. Alles in allem war das Hostel okay, aber beim nächsten Mal wird es definitiv ein privates Taxi.
