- the lady who worked on reception when we checked in was lovely. Probably the nicest person we met during our stays in Peru. - tea available downstairs at all times - location is good and the receptionist gave us a map for restaurants, markets, supermarkets etc - good variety for breakfast
- breakfast is early, which worked for us so we went down just after breakfast started. However, they started bringing additional foods out such as eggs after we’d finished which was a little frustrating. - the upper floors are a construction site, presumably to expand the hotel, but was a little noisy at times - there was a heater in the room but it wouldn’t turn on

Very quiet sleep, comfortable bed . I had a private room, very clean and good hot shower. Lovely staff
I did not see the doorbell, and being a solo woman, arriving at night, with no way of opening door and not knowing if anyone heard my knocking, was off putting. I eventually knocked extremely loudly and door was opened. Doorbell is at upper right of the door. White coloured.

Only issue was we didn’t have hot water in the shower sadly, though we did try to shower around 10 pm so maybe it’s available earlier in the day
