Beds and toilet were clean. Good location. I booked a tour through the hotel and that went well. Free simple/basic breakfast was convenient. 24h warm water, not always hot. There was a big desk that made it easy to keep our luggage off of the ground. Blankets were thick. Windows open.
It could have been cleaner (I cleaned the light switches myself because they had visible grime). Water wasn't always hot, sometimes just warm. No shampoo. It has carpet, which I don't like. They would only give 1 roll of toilet paper at a time which is ok I guess but inconvenient when you know you'll need more. Firm beds.

We just booked for the specific reason of a shower and breakfast as we arrived in Puno at 5am. For $21 a bargain and served our needs. Was very clean.
Cant really comment as we only stayed 2 hours.
