Amazing place with a lovely, very helpful owner who's happy to give you some recommendations if you need them :) The place is looking very nice, with big beds & everything that you need, even a variation of spices for the cooking :) The pool was clean & we were provided with swimming accessories, as well as fresh fruit. On top of that we were visited by cute cats, which made our stay even lovelier ;) There were absolutely no issues and I'm happy we chose this place, it's not far from the center either and there are markets nearby. I highly recommend this place and if one of us ever has a chance to come back to Zadar, we'd definitely choose it again.

Lovely stay in a fantastic villa

Our hosts were excellent! They couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc Great location 5 mins from old town and lots of lovely beaches. We eat cherries straight from the cherry tree on the property every day and also used them to make cherry sangria. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. The beds were very comfy and large. Thank you for having us!

The owner was very welcoming. The apartment and property were clean and contained all the necessities. Worth the money paid. The property is in a quiet area and close (~2km) to the city center and beach.

Our host was a really nice person. He greeted us upon our arrival and told us a lot of informations about Zadar and neighbourhood. It was a pleasure to meet "Franio" and his daughter :) I hope to back here in the future!

Its a fantastic apartment and worth for this money. Especially people in the apartment so nice and received us very kindly and kept us so comfort. Served lot of fruits that cultivated inside the apartment garden were so tasty.

Great accommodation! The owners are very friendly and they helped us with whatever we needed. The hacienda contained all the necessities. The kitchen and rooms are very nice and equipped. Pool is large and very clean. I recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Schöne Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und stadt Zentrum in der Nähe.

Erstens: Die Unterkunft entsprach in vielen Punkten nicht den Bildern auf Booking.com. Die Fotos vermitteln den Eindruck, als wäre alles neu und modern – in Wirklichkeit ist die Ausstattung jedoch mindestens sieben bis zehn Jahre alt, wenn nicht älter. Zweitens: Der Pool war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Der Griff zum Heraussteigen war so locker, dass mein Vater den Pool nur verlassen konnte, wenn jemand den Griff von außen festgehalten hat. Das war nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern auch gefährlich. Drittens: Es gab keinerlei Poolbeleuchtung am Abend, obwohl auf den Bildern auf Booking.com ein schön beleuchteter Pool mit blauem Licht gezeigt wird. In Wirklichkeit war es abends komplett dunkel – keine Atmosphäre, keine Nutzungsmöglichkeit, kein Vergleich zur Präsentation. Viertens: Die Privatsphäre war stark eingeschränkt. Die Gastgeber wohnen im selben Haus, direkt über dem Bereich, in dem sich unser Pool befand. Ihre Terrasse war genau darüber, was dazu führte, dass man sich ständig beobachtet fühlte. Entspannung kam so kaum auf. Fünftens: Beim Check-in war der Gastgeber nicht persönlich anwesend, sondern nur seine Tochter. Insgesamt hatte man das Gefühl, dass wir gar nicht wirklich erwartet wurden. Sechstens: Die Terrasse war völlig ungepflegt. Es lagen Besen und andere Gegenstände herum, alles war staubig, unordentlich und wirkte, als hätte dort kurz zuvor eine Party stattgefunden. Sauber gemacht wurde offensichtlich nicht. Einen gemütlichen Abend konnte man dort nicht verbringen. Siebtens: In der Wohnung waren Ameisen – was das Wohlfühlgefühl zusätzlich gestört hat. Auch in den Außenbereichen war es nicht sauber oder ordentlich gepflegt. Achtens: In meinem Zimmer war kein Griff am Kleiderschrank. Ich konnte ihn die gesamte Woche lang nicht nutzen und musste meine Kleidung im Koffer lassen. Das ist für eine bezahlte Unterkunft völlig unzumutbar. Neuntens: In einem anderen Schlafzimmer war die Matratze größer als das Bettgestell.

Prekrasan apartman, velik, ima sve sto trebate, 2 wca, 3 spavace sobe, kuhinja sa svim aparaturama. Velika terasa, velik bazen, vanjski tuš. Vlastnici jako ljubazni i uvjek na razpolago, bas prekrasni ljudi. Parking na parceli. Imaju rucnike za bazen. Pola sata lagane setnje do centra grada. Bili smo odusevljeni. Absolutno preporucujem!!!
