Un po’ scomodo avere la camera divisa dal bagno, più che altro l’apertura con la chiave non é proprio agile, sarebbe da migliorare le serrature

It is a very large apartment with a big bedroom, big kitchen/lounge area and balconies but with no furniture on the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, however no condiments...sugar, salt etc etc. Only cookware but enough there. The decor is modern and the apartment was clean. There are 2 bathrooms, so you have your own bathroom.

This is a shared apartment. We had no idea that other people would be staying there. I have re-read the information and I still cant see where it says that you share the apartment with other people. It is VERY misleading so dont fall into the same trap as us. The other couple were noisy and smoked. I hate cigarette smell. SO, you must dress properly to go to your bathroom and lock your bedroom door for safety of possessions. Then have a shower and dress again. You share the fridge and the main room and kitchen. If this is fine with you then OK. But it was NOT fine with us.

Very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Silvia was very helpful and recommended a fantastic place to have dinner - Vita, excellent food for a small price, it’s a must.

No wifi. This was probably listed in the description but I hadn’t noticed. City tax was surprisingly high (€4) and unexpected for such a small town.

Struttura abbastanza pulita e letto comodo.

La descrizione della struttura dovrebbe essere più trasparente. Il bagno privato, ad esempio, è esterno alla camera, ma questo dettaglio non è specificato al momento della prenotazione, e ritengo sia fondamentale informare correttamente gli ospiti. Inoltre, il bagno era piuttosto essenziale: erano presenti solo due asciugamani grandi per la doccia e un solo asciugamano piccolo, insufficiente per le altre esigenze. Nessun prodotto per l’igiene personale è stato fornito, cosa insolita rispetto alla maggior parte delle strutture in cui ho soggiornato, dove almeno shampoo, sapone o bagnoschiuma vengono messi a disposizione. Per fortuna avevamo portato i nostri. In camera mancava anche un semplice cestino, che ci avrebbe evitato di dover improvvisare con una busta di plastica per raccogliere i rifiuti. Un altro aspetto importante da segnalare è l’assenza di rete Wi-Fi, non indicata chiaramente nella descrizione. In un soggiorno moderno è un servizio ormai dato per scontato, quindi sarebbe corretto segnalarne l’assenza. Infine, la nota più negativa: alla nostra richiesta via WhatsApp se la vasca idromassaggio fosse utilizzabile, ci è stato comunicato un supplemento di 20€. Questo costo aggiuntivo non era assolutamente specificato nella prenotazione né nella descrizione della struttura, e trovo scorretto che una simile informazione venga comunicata solo su richiesta e non in modo chiaro e trasparente fin dall’inizio. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata deludente soprattutto per la mancanza di chiarezza e trasparenza. Con qualche attenzione in più e una comunicazione più onesta, il soggiorno avrebbe potuto essere decisamente migliore. Fortunatamente abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte, altrimenti sarebbe stato tutto un gran disagio. Allego la prova della richiesta dei 20€ fatti dalla signora!
