Quiet Spot outside of Tessenderlo

The owners are very welcoming. We were traveling by bicycle and there is plenty of bike parking. Two of us had rooms in the main house and two in the new wing. I loved the view of the field from the new wing rooms. It was very peaceful. We were there during a heat wave. The was a fan available for one of the rooms. Gluten-free bread was available at breakfast. I did let the property know in advance.

Incorrect information, noisy, low value

this place doesn't meet any standard. According to the information provided on Booking, I booked a soundproof room. In reality, there was zero sound insulation and it was hard to sleep. You can literally hear every footstep of the neighbors, the noise from the hallway and even the talking of the people downstairs. Whenever guests arrive late in the night and walk up the stairs, you will wake up as a result of the noise. It is an incredibly low-value hotel and not worth the price at all. Breakfast was very simple. Cleanliness also wasn't great, because there was dog inside the place where the food was served. I tried to explain the meaning of the word 'soundproofing' to the owner, but he didn't understand it at all. The fraudulent incorrect information on booking also has not been changed.

I was very happy to have stayed in this hotel

Breakfast was fine - simple but good. Room was very nicely refurbished of high quality. Exceptionally clean. At the back is a very nice garden to sit/read.

The place was at an excellent position; disadvantage there is a road (quite busy) quite close from the hotel. I have no other negative points to mention.

The attention for detail, the personal approach of the owners, the many tips to visit in the area.

The room we got was rather small and we would have preferred a shower instead of a bath tub. My mistake to not read the details enough as this was not hidden at all in the description. There are other rooms available in the same place with these features.

WiFi was very slow. The bathroom could use a (half) shower screen as the floor gets pretty wet. Showering only possible sitting in bath tub, not standing up. At least not in the room I was in.

Smaakvol ingerichte B&B, veel aandacht aan details besteed bij de inrichting van de kamers en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Kamer was zeer ruim en comfortabel. Heerlijke regendouche. Ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd.

Ik kan niets benoemen dat me niet beviel.

Heerlijk rustigen goed.

Rustig gelegen, de gastheer is geweldig. Ik moest eerder weg dan de normale ontbijt tijden en toch jog de moeite gedaan om ontbijt eerder klaar te maken. Kamers ware schoon en mooi ingericht, ligging is ook mooi en rustig.

aangenaam verblijf gehad als tussenstop, vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar geen vers fruitsap, misschien streekprodukten,keuze enkel tussen hard of zachtgekookt eitje.

de kamer was niet zo proper. 3 hooiwagens op het plafond ,een spin in het bad. Het tapijt in de kamer zou beter weggenomen worden is versleten en minder gezond. Het terrasje en het uitzicht was dan wel weer verrassend.
