Excellent option for a work trip

Easy access, clean room, friendly staff. Comfortable mattress. Excellent quality breakfast.

The heating was off when I arrived so the room was a tad cold. Once I activated the heating it warmed up nicely though. The pillows were lumpy. The vending machine in the lobby only takes coins.

Close proximity to the train station and city center

Had a lot of smoke coming into my room from smokers in the facility. Totally unexpected and it was not a nice feeling having to sleep in with choking tobacco smell all around.

Great staff.

Really great staff makes this place a pleasure to stay. i arrived after a very long motorcycle ride through terrible rain. no dramas. Johannes let me into the garage and then to my room to sort myself out before returning to sort the admin. Perfect. and many thanks. The hotel is in the centre of Mol and has access to the main square, although the council seem to have decided that they want to wreck the place and make it pedestrianised. It looks as though the UK isn't the only place governed by lunatics. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. My first choice hotel when I'm staying in the area.

Great surprise

The pictures of the hotel seem to be older, I actually found both the common areas and my room much more modern than expected, with good furniture throughout. I stayed on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised to have a balcony leading outside. The room itself was spacious, with a large working table that was perfect for both me and my husband to work. The bathroom was also very good. The breakfast doesn’t have a huge selection, and some things ran out before breakfast hours ended on some days, but everything offered was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s also very convenient that you can rent bikes directly from the hotel. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the train station, supermarket, and lots of restaurants. The area is super quiet (I slept with the balcony door open every night).

I stayed during summer (with temperatures around 16–26°C), and it got quite hot in the room even with the balcony door open, as there’s no air conditioning. I also missed having an electric towel rack, and found the towels provided to be a bit thin. But these are small details, overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Overpriced and disappointing

The room was big and the bed was comfortable

The bathroom had no toilet paper at all!! There were spider webs or strings of dust on the bathroom wall. The shower head wouldn't stay up because the mechanism was broken. The cleaners left the window open, but since there was no mosquito screen, I had to deal with mosquitoes in my room!

Super hotel in great location

Great hotel in a perfect location. Near to the station and supermarket. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and did their best to accommodate the requests of our large group. Breakfast was great.

Good location and friendly staff.

No ventilation in the room or in the bedroom. No air conditioning and if we wanted some fresh air, then we'd need to open the door to the backyard and lose privacy. Breakfast with too few options.

Full of Drunk Contractors that are abusive and loud. Not for Families.

Actual room was clean but very basic and old. The Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

Drunk inhabitants constantly roaming the corridors being abusive to guests. No staff present outside of breakfast times. Concerns had to be made from an intercom at reception. This hotel is not a safe environment and i will not stay again

Good point on the route to reach channel ferries and tunnel. There was amazing bird fair in the town center of Sunday, so highly recommend if you have children.

App booking system caused me some issue as being on the road I could not book a place for a dog in the proper manner.

It was not worth the amount of money that I spended.

There was no breakfast in the morning, but we booked the room that included breakfast. The shower/bathtub had a weird smell. The bathtub sink was clogged, and I saw water going up instead of washing away. The floor was dirty, everything was not that clean as it should be.
