Nice getaway

The lakes, the quiet (on winter holidays), the location (it did feel like we were far from everything even though the town is 7 mins from there). The beds were quite soft, just like we like them!

I wish the room looked more like the one on the pictures. We had a Berkel 4, but the sofa we got was less comfortable than the one on the pictures (ours was too upright, small seating area with no possibility to lay back). The shades were very dirty in the bathroom (looked like yeast) and there was a lot of dust between the bed and the bedside table. The house itself seemed to have ventilation issues, as we would often get headaches, that would disappear if we opened the windows and doors for some time to have more air. Also, I didn't expect to not get towels, even though we paid for the linen. And the reception was closed after 4pm which was our arrival time, so couldn't go and ask if it was a mistake or not. So had to go in town to buy new towels.

Lovely cabins in a beautiful park.

The park was well kept, had the essentials and the lodges were lovely, with great views over a lake. The location was pretty good for our activities but the site is pretty quiet and has basic things for kids to do. A park, mini golf and a small pool.

The Lodge needed a slight bit of tlc. New flooring as the laminate was coming apart and the cleaning could have been more thorough. Under beds were dusty and wardrobes too. Not a deal breaker and would stay here again.

very bad service, you are not a customer you can just rent a bungalow and serve yourself !

The camping itself is quite nice but as mentioned in many comments the management and the services are really bad. For such a small size family camping everything has to be arranged electronicaly so no friendly himan contact, for exemple the go carts are there, the woman has the hey but the online system is closed after 5Pm so you cannot rent a car, the food is the same everything via an online system so no possible change, and close at 7:30, we had to find food outside the camping. Also at the pool, the guars were just talking between them, abolutely unfafe !

Excellent Stay for Graspop Festival Groups

This spot was absolutely ideal for attending Graspop, especially with a group. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the guests were friendly, adding to the overall positive vibe. The staff was great, always helpful and welcoming. Having a supermarket on site was a big plus — super convenient for grabbing whatever we needed. The shuttle bus from the site to the festival grounds made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone going to Graspop, especially if you're traveling with friends. Loved it!

The sofa was full of dog hair from previous visitors. Otherwise cleanliness was ok. There was supposed to be indoor play center for kids, but it was not available.

Nice for families with children

Overall nice facility for families with children located in a calm surrounding. Small but nice indoor swimming pool. Bungalow was ok and spacious. Personal was nice and helpful, quickly fixing small issues with the heating (we went there in Feb).

The pillowcases of the sofa could have been cleaner. Another exception was the lifeguard, who was closing the swimming pool. We were late due to limited number of showers and just finishing packing our stuff, it was 6:05pm (sic!) and he switched off the light! I have 3 small kids, so it was a bit overreacted - especially as he saw us in there. After all he waited for us another 5min, but was noticably 'unhappy' with this situation.

5 days stay - 2 nights of nightmare

After a complaint, they offered us another chalet. The second chalet was in front of the lake. Very good. Easy to check out. Security in the swimming pool. Friendly staff in the reception.

We were placed in a house opposite two houses of a family of residents who left for work at 5 am and came late at night. Also a very noisy family. After 2 days have to make a complaint. The problem was resolved quickly. The swimming pool closes too early. Animation only Dutch. The restaurants and supermarket were not always open during the hours indicated. Staff in the restaurant refuse to change 2 euros in coins of 1 for the swimming pool locker.

very nice staff. The kids loved the swimming pool. We arrived before the check-in time and they let us in any way. It was also easy to check out a 4AM !
