Acceptable.
I liked the venue a lot. It catered perfectly to the party I was with. The youngsters loved the pool and the games room. It’s a great place to come with children of all ages. The rooms were big. It is a shame that the hotel could not be more flexible with family stays in the rooms. There was plenty of space to fit in a sofa bed for two people potentially allowing a family of 4, who want the convenience of hotel service. Breakfast was lovely. A really good variety.
The hotel rooms were too hot, even in January. As far as I could see, there was no aircon. I would have loved to come back for the summer, but based on this I won’t. I booked a party of 15, therefore it should not have been a surprise, yet at the main evening restaurant there was only one chef. This had a big impact on quality of food, versus the price, which I thought was expensive, as well as the overall speed of service. The staff however were lovely.

A great stay, close to a location we needed to visit. Lots of available activities for all visitors
Breakfast was good - lots of options for food choices - hot and cold choices available. We needed to have an early breakfast before the opening hours and the staff made us a takeaway breakfast which was really appreciated.
Our meal at Grand Cafe was very poor standard. There was only one chef available on the night we visited, but the standard of food was really bad. The staff were pleasant, but the wait for service could be very long at times.

Definitely recommend if you are not chasing luxury, but want to find a nice value for money
Aqua park was amazing. Close by lake is a plus as well. In the evening there was a live concert. Personnel was very friendly and helpful!

Clean room, comfy bed and good price. Perfect for a quick overnight stop during a roadtrip.
Room was very clean but a little worn. Broken bed leg, sliding door to balcony needed Thor to move it and balcony looked over a flat roof and adjoining building.

Amazing first impression. Actually not so much to do, and food on site basic.
Stayed in the hotel. Clean, adjoining rooms. Close to everything. Decent breakfast.
It rained, cancelled paid for attractions not refunded even though time slots closed.
