The location, close to a vaporetto stop and pretty central to the whole city, made it quite walkable to go anywhere.
There was just one thing- we chose the Junior suite, which was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. But the shower stall is a bit tight- fortunately being petite, it was just adequate. Also, the entrance to the property is not one that one might expect, but once you enter, it’s quite nice!

Comfortable, good-sized room (junior suite), central location, delicious generous breakfast. Most of all, a friendly and welcoming host with great suggestions of where to visit and eat.

Good location and a large room. The breakfasts were wonderful. We felt very welcome.
Suggest an additional blanket to keep guests warm at night.

Despite that the front of the hotel looked a bit shabby on the street, we opened the door to a pleasant surprise of a gorgeous guest house in great walking location! The fact that it was on a quiet alley was actually great for us for sleep. Our room had air conditioning which was critical for us as Americans for good sleep.
The bed was a bit stiff and hard which was not our preference. The breakfast was also a bit lacking but it wasn't a bother as there were ample cafes in walking distance.
