Right in the city centre, great decor and very clean. Alessandro was more than welcoming. Great stay, would definitely go again

I loved everything about this place. We were able to check in 2 h earlier than planned which meant a lot for us because we were staying for only one night in Venice and it was too hot to carry our luggage everywhere. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Bathroom was great as well. I loved the estetic of the place and rooms. There is a sauna that guests can use for free but we passed on it because it was already too hot outside. The host is amazing. He explained everything, gave us some reccomendations and even helped with luggage. The AC is working great, there is a TV in the room with Netflix. The bed was a bit hard, but I personally don't mind. The breakfast was lovely and you can enjoy it in your room or in the kitchen area. They prepare it a day before but it is still fresh and the ingredients are high quality. They even served smoked salmon which is rare for a hotel breakfast. The location is great, next to Rialto bridge and you can get anywhere by walking. I loved staying here and would definitely come back and stay more nights at this place.

If you carry a lot of luggage, have in mind that there is no elevator and that the stairs at the entrance are steep. There is no reception 24/7 h so if you like constant assistance this might not be the best place for you. Personally, we didn't need anything and the host already explained all at the check in.

Location for sure. Very close go the Rialto Bridge, restaurants, all the majors things to see in Venice. Nice people … Alessandro was so helpful.

It was a bit hard for us to locate. But only due to so many short narrow streets that all looked similar. And no many people visiting.

This beautiful room was in the district of San Polo and only a 5 min walk to the water bus terminal Rialto Mercato which made for easy access from train station upon arrival,with the location we where able to walk Venice without an issue. The room was large enough to feel comfortable in, the bathroom was great. Room was quiet at night and the air conditioning was very good. The breakfast offered each morning by host was a 10 out of 10 yogurt,smoked salmon,fresh fruit,cheese,toast and juice,from a price point of view if you went to a cafe you would be up for at least 15euro pp for the same selection. Our host was very helpful in giving us ideas and advising of spots to see away from the central tourist areas. Check is down online and was very easy ensure u have WhatsApp on you phone.
