The hotel is very relaxed, extremely clean and ran by a really warm and friendly family, who were there when needed, without suffocating. They would bring us complimentary food or drinks whilst we sat at the front terrace, and made us feel very welcome.
There was nothing I didn't like. I would have welcomed more savoury choices for the breakfast buffet, to add to the excellent display of sweet homecooked and baked foods

J’avais réservé une chambre à la Luge à Valtourmenche. Lieu que je vous déconseille, le propriétaire a tendance à oublier ses clients
Après 20 minutes d’attente au téléphone j’ai eu une
Réponse de Booking, mon correspondant m’à demandé de patienter 45 minutes afin de lui permettre de contacter le propriétaire de la Luge
(C’est la procédure)
Au bout de 1h30 d’attente j’ai pris la décision de contacter l’Albergo Elvira qui devait être mon étape
suivante.
Une chance une chambre était libre
J’ai donc fait 400 km de plus et me suis rendue
à l’Alberto Elvira qui a eu la gentillesse de m’attendre jusqu'à 22 h 30
Je conseille cet hôtel restaurant à tous pour son
accueil extraordinaire, la gentillesse du personnel
le cadre, la restauration tout est fait maison et c’est
délicieux
Dans l’ensemble de mes étapes c’est le seul endroit
où je me suis sentie en famille
Merci à l’ensemble du personnel de l’Albergo Elvira
à Tabiano
