Kussens waren niet goed (Memory-foam filling).
Receptionist wanted to keep our ID overnight for registration purposes. This is against EU and Italian Law (Article 109 TULPS). Hotels must return the guest's physical ID card or passport immediately after verification or a brief data-recording process. This is a recurrent problem in Italy.
