The location is quite special. The room is very authentic. The village was a ghost town when we arrived but it added its own charm. One of a kind experience.
The primary reason for the low score was customer service. You can feel it even before you arrived through the check in policy - from 3-5.30 pm, which is quite unreasonable. We had to rearrange our plans to arrive before our main activity in the area for the key pick up. When we got stuck in traffic and couldn’t make it to the time we shared, it turned out self check in was also an option (great but would’ve been nice to know before). But be prepared - finding apartment is a quest as the instructions were absolutely terrible. Some information was missing, some was false. The cherry on top was at the breakfast when the host was complaining to other guests about us eating too much food - in front of us. Honestly, we’d be proud to own such an offense but there was barely any food to eat if you’re into a savory breakfast. All in all, a very unpleasant lady - short on providing useful information without prompting but generous on attitude. But maybe it’s all part of the medieval experience.
