We absolutely loved it!

This location is perfect, right near the train station, the water and places to eat and drink. The rooftop terrace has the classic Riomaggiore views and we had a great time sitting up there having drinks and playing games. Couldn't recommend it more.

Beds were slightly uncomfortable but the rest of the hotel makes up for it. We had no issues but as it is in the Cinque's there is alot of stairs to reach the rooms.

Great location and lovely room! Can’t fault the service provided by the lovely hosts. Provided anything extra we needed, well air conditioned room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels.

Although the room was very nice and the hosts were lovely and attentive. We must say that the location of the room within the building is inconvenient, especially if you have a large suitcase to carry. It is not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had to go up 5 steep flights of stairs which were slippery and narrow, which caused one of us to fall down a section of the stairs.

Perfectly located and comfortable room !

Perfect location in the heart of Riomaggiore, the terrace is very cosy, having a little fridge in the room was super practical to store breakfast and easy meals. The bed is comfortable and the room a perfect size for a couple days. The communication was very easy and quick with the hosts.

The location was great and easy to find. Close to the train station and Giovanni was very friendly and met us and helped with our bags when we arrived and again which we needed. Much appreciated! We loved Cinque Terre.

Great location in the centre of Riomaggiore. Giovanni was super helpful and contactable. Room was quiet, clean and had everything I needed.

It was a great location, very very kind and helpful staff and the terrace on the roof was a lovely surprise that we didn’t expect!

Stay here in Riomaggiore

Good communication prior to arrival, easy access from the station, good aerobic exercise getting up the stairs! The room was well equipped. Enough hooks to hang towels etc for the first time ever. Fridge and coffee and biscuits. Amazing balcony at the top, had a number of meals there.

Sorry guys the shower is very small.

Dominico, who checked us in, was excellent and explained all we wanted to know about the area. Our room was ready early, was very clean, and the bed/pillows fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.

Comfortable, clean and peaceful

The bathroom was new, renovated and comfortable. The room was quite big and clean. Although Banchi is located at the centre of Riomagiore and inevitably there is a lot of noise there, when you close the window, the noise is disappeared in a truly magic way and you enjoy a very peaceful place! Last but not least, Domenico our host, is a very nice guy, very helpful and friendly and he is always available in case you will need him!

The mattress was quite soft and there were no wooden bed boards. This gave a kind of a "sunken feeling" during the sleep.

Cinque Terre

I liked that it was very clean and the room was quite big. The guy at the reception told us how to get the most of Cinque terre, that was very nice. It also had a very nice terrace at the 5th floor which we enjoyed a lot. The location was also very good. And the fact that we hat AC was a big plus.

I didn’t quite like the mattress of the bed, it was kind of uncomfortable and the water didn’t have so much pressure when others used the shower, but it was manageable.

Greaaat location! super clean and air conditioning which was very important to us specially on summer! owner super nice and sweet :) Nice terrace to eat and drink something whenever you like :) Would definitely reccomend and come back!!!

a TV wouldn't hurt anybody hehe...mattresses could be change soon but overall we slept perfectly fine! You may read complaints about stairs but those are stupid comments cause obviously at Cinqueterre all of those buildings are gonna have stairs!

Great location, comfortable place and friendly host

My friend and I stayed at Banchi and we were really happy about our choice! Conveniently situated in Riomaggiore, it was very easy to go to the train station. Our host went beyond to help us with parking our car and helping carrying our luggages through the stairs. We would like to thank again Simone for all his help and making us feel welcome. The room had everything we needed and we would definitely go again if we get the chance.

Superb

Very friendly and helpful staff. Simone arranged a parking spot and guided us to the hotel. The room was basic, clean, there was coffee and thee! Upstairs there was a nice terrace to have breakfast.

La chambre et sa SDB étaient correctes

Le fait qu il n'y avait pas de terrasse privative, les mots étaient trop mous, dans les équipements on pourrait ajouter une télévision pour se divertir le soir et enfin il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la formule petit déjeuner.

Estadia perfecta para disfrutar al máximo 5terre

La ubicación en Riomaggiore es perfecta, por la vía principal. Rio tiene una playa muy bonita y también bares y tiendas locales. Nuestra habitación en Banchi daba a la calle principal, y era muy espaciosa y moderna, también el baño era muy cómodo, cama y toallas. Domenicio fue muy práctico, nos explicó mucho sobre 5terre, nos ayudó a organizar los trekkings y visitas a pueblos al menor costo posible. El alojamiento tiene una terraza muy amplia donde se puede desayunar y cenar. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento y hospedarse en Riomaggiore fue una gran decisión
