The location was at the top of the mountain. I have a walk-up each time I have to go to the room, but it is good overall.

Tiene unas vistas al mar muy bonitas! El balcón es en un pasillo, con muchas luces por la noche, se crea una ambiente mágica. Habitaciones limpias, cómodas.

El alojamiento esta casi al final del pueblo, hay que subir desde la calle principal, no nos parece mucho, pero si estas cansado después del hacer el camino cinque terre te puede molestar la ubicación.

Casa incantevole immersa nel verde , vista mare spettacolare , camera non nuovissima , ma di grande fascino, molto curata nel dettaglio . a volte neanche negli alberghi a 5 stelle non vi è un fascino cosi particolare, tipo gli archi solari e le luci notturne davvero magiche, bravissimo Roberto il propietario che tra l altro è una persona gentilissima a presto

Pire expérience de ma vie d’un soi disant hôtel

Pas de hall d’accueil, pas de wifi, pas de petit déjeuner, pas de parking, ce n’est pas un hôtel et c’est une publicité mensongère. C’est un loueur particulier de chambres situées à l’autre bout du village, 20 mns à pied et impossible d’y porter une valise.

Rien ne peut être amélioré ce n’est pas un hôtel !

Mi rivolgo a voi per esprimere il mio disappunto riguardo al soggiorno presso la vostra struttura convenzionata, "CinqueTerre Holidays" , nei giorni scorsi, Io e la mia compagna avevamo scelto di trascorrere qualche giorno alle Cinque Terre, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata ben lontana dalle aspettative. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato una situazione della camera decisamente "inaccettabile" : - Pulizia carente, presenza di formiche, cimici e muffa - Letto in pessime condizioni, con molle che rendevano il riposo impossibile - Bollitore con residui di sporco all’interno (insetti, e altro) - Macchie di umidità sui muri dopo la pioggia - Soffitto in legno che appariva pericolosamente deteriorato - Prese elettriche danneggiate e pericolose con cavi volanti - assenza di quadro elettrico con protezioni adeguate. - Doccia pericolosa e bidet inutilizzabile per mancanza di acqua calda - Termosifone che perdeva acqua molto sporco e mobili rovinati e semi marci - Porta d’ingresso mezza sfasciata con serratura arrugginita (difficoltà a chiudere) - Percorso di accesso alla camera intralciato da oggetti abbandonati e vegetazione trascurata - Odore sgradevole all’interno della camera Tutti questi problemi hanno reso il soggiorno estremamente "disagevole e insoddisfacente", molto lontano dagli standard che ci aspettavamo soprattutto per i 344€ del soggiorno.

If you get the garden hut, you have a location in Riomaggiore, but you paid money for no value and are about to have som

The view from the upper balcony was good as well as the connecting to the train station.

The staff, except the guy doing his summer job there, was not polite starting with the first message. Then the property is like a jungle and it was always a struggle to get to the garden hut, which we got as a room. The hut was not really clean, only half of the electricity in it worked and the ceiling was partially coming off. One reason for that are probably the rodents running in the ceiling right over our heads. As visible, they have also partially made there way through this ceiling.

Not recommended stay.

The location of the house is very good. It is completely in nature. The hiking route to visit Manarola or to the top of the hill is just next to it. City centre of Riomaggiore is 10 mins by walk.

The room is not at all maintained atleast in which we stayed. We paid 250 euros for 2 nights but in room except a bed and fridge nothing else is useful. The room was kept unclean, the toilet was common and ok. The fan was there but no air in 30 degree temperature. I would recommend to stay in la spezia 5 mins from rio.

Owner was late. Then had to wait for the baggage man to show us where it was. Owner was very grumpy. Bathroom was not clean at all and the shower is barely usable.

A wonderful mountain village

The room charming. There was a narrow terrass where you can sit in the evening and look out on the Med. The personell was very helpful and arranged a parking.

The parking in the village is a real problem. Your hotel etc can be very far away from parking. It is very hilly. In your room you can hear very clear what people talk in the other room. The garden needs pruning etc. No WIFI. The tv is a joke.

I wouldn’t book with Cinque Terra Holidays again. the boat tour was the highlight

pretty outlook.

The property was shared amongst a number of parties. The walls are very thin so was woken a number of times to loud voices and other activities. No rubbish bins to put teabags or food scraps. no bath mat or hairdryer provided. On arrival the lift did not work and the young assistant carried most of the bags up a huge number of stairs. The location is pretty but I had requested something lower down from the top of the hill (which I was told he had) but poor communication and not understanding ended up in my being told off about my expectations.

Nothing. The room was in a building advertised as a villa. It was nasty with a dirty bathroom. No screens and no power when we arrived. Left within the hour. Could not stay.
