It’s 15 mins from the main train station, very convenient. Big space, with TV to watch football matches. Everything is ok but not very good one.
There’s no elevator, we brought our heavy luggage all the way up a long stair. The air con is too old to make the room cooler.

Wonderful location close to the city center, 5 mins walk from the statue of David.
We had Studio 2 which had a lot of space, very comfortable bed.
The only thing that was inconvenient was that the last evening we had a surprise visitor...a huuuuge black bug/insect that we spent 30 mins to get out of the studio haha

The location was fine, it was a walkable distance from Duomo.
The service was bad, we asked for new towels, toilet paper and to fix our drain since it wouldn't open anymore, but got barely no response... told us to be patient, but eventually never showed up or responded again. Cockroaches, thin walls, bad pillows, boiling hot shower and the fabric of the chairs were coming apart.
