It is convenient to most attractions. Property is well kept and clean. Anthony was fabulous. He was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable.
Rooftop is not convenient to get to. Very small steps up to the rooftop. Rooftop could be nicer.

Our stay was exceptional, the location was amazing, the room was something else with a feature red brick wall and high ceilings. The bathroom was very big, with his and her sink and a double shower, with views over Florence terracotta roofs. And we made use of the roof terrace a couple of times to have our own drink , it felt like having an extra room! The staff was all very nice, especially Giulia at reception who was very professional and helpful and kind. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Super convenient location. The value of this hotel is really in the location. It was super close to major tourist areas, transit and food. It's a really LOW maintenance stay. There isnt staff there 24/7 and as we arrived late, we had to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. It was seamless but kind of annoying to have to check in and carry our luggage around the city. Air conditioning was a major plus.
The bed had some mysterious stains. The bathroom was a major issue for us. It was small and cramped. BUT the worst part was that anytime water was run, whether it be the shower or from the sink, or even flushing the toilet, there would be a gurgle from the pipes and the whole bathroom and bedroom would reek of raw sewage. It was pretty gross. The chair in our room was crumbling on the back and overall furniture could use an upgrade.
