Really great place to stay. Owners have thought of everything!

We liked everything! It was probably the nicest B&B that we have ever stayed at. It was just a one night stop over en route to somewhere else and we are unlikely to be in the area again. If we were though or if we knew anyone wanting somewhere to stay in or around Coventry then we would absolutely recommend it!

Perfect stay!

The host was lovely when meeting me at the door, very informative of what the premises provided. The room was a nice size, the bed was one of the most comfiest that I've had on my travels, the cleanliness was perfect, amenities were plentiful. Parking was easy too, overall a perfect stay for me & i would definitely stay again the next time I'm down that way.

A pleasant stay!

Incredibly clean and very comfortable! Shower was lovely and we enjoyed the quirky artwork. Host was really informative and helpful. There were a few options for choice on the breakfast menu.

There was a green light from a sensor type thing on the ceiling which was really bright in the night. A little bit of a shame that the pain au chocolat was just a pre-packed one still in it's wrapper for breakfast.

Lovely and restful b&b.....can't fault it, great location for Warwick and NEC. Hosts were cordial and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Continental breakfast was filling and plentiful.

Lovely stay

had such a lovely stay here. The room was very comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and a large shower — so nice! The towels and bed sheets were beautifully scented and felt fresh and soft — I absolutely loved that detail. Breakfast was excellent, served à la carte with great quality and choice. The property is very quiet — even though a main road is nearby, I didn’t hear a single noise during the night. The location is perfect, not far from the A69, which makes it ideal for travellers like me. I stayed in Room 3, and it was just perfect. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

The whole house was immaculate. There was ample parking. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern with an excellent shower. The owner was welcoming & helpful and there was a wide selection of continental breakfast items to choose from.

A spotless, quiet, and conveniently located B&B that exceeded expectations.

I booked the small room for 2 nights. Although described as small, it was perfectly adequate, with plenty of space for luggage and clothes. The room faces the courtyard, but I was impressed by the exceptional quiet: on the first morning I slept until 9am and was woken only by my alarm—absolute silence throughout the premises. The room and bathroom were spotless. The shower, with its massage jets, deserves a special mention. As someone sensitive to the cold, I also appreciated the extra blanket provided in the cupboard. The manager/owner is consistently polite and professional. I selected this B&B for its convenient location, just a 2-minute drive from the Coventry bypass. It exceeded expectations, and I will certainly return.

A very pleasant stay, good night sleep

The room exceeding my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, newly refurbished and the hosts were friendly and very efficient. Very happy with my stay. The bed, pillows and duvet were comfortable and I had a great night sleep. Worth mentioning also it was very quiet and no noise from outside or the other guests. Breakfast was continental, on reflection I could have maybe ordered a few more items. It did not bother me that there was no English breakfast.

I think I’d have liked some tomatoes and cucumbers as part of my breakfast but this wasn’t on the menu. I appreciate it may be a quirky preference and, at any rate, this does not detract from a very pleasant stay.

So clean and smelt lovely and fresh! Bed very comfortable and got a good night's sleep. Very convenient for the hospital, just 6 minutes away by car. McDonald's right across the road! Loved the big mug for my morning cuppa

The parking was great - right outside the property and I received a lovely welcome from the owner. She was helpful in pointing me in the right direction to local facilities. The room smelled lovely as I entered, and the facilities were good - a desk, hairdryer, bottled water etc. The wifi was also good.

Easy and pleasant 2 night stay just outside city centre.

The B & B is very tidy clean and welcoming, totally met my requirements for a 2 night stay to go to a wedding at nearby (6 mins) Coombe Abbey. The proprietors are fully accommodating and looked after all needs admirably! Parking too was easy in the residence forecourt. Nice and handy breakfast (light but sufficient) and they could deal with plant-based diet.

A surprising gem of a B&B

Marina and Scott were very welcoming during our stay. The place is immaculately presented, lovely fresh decor, beautiful en-suite with a luxury shower and with breakfast in with the price it was excellent value for money.

Hard to beat for an overnight stay in the eastern part of Coventry.

Convenient for University Hospital. Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable and hard to beat in terms of value for money. Friendly owners, good parking and wifi that works. I keep returning whenever I have a morning appointment at University Hospital, so that must say something!

I would prefer a cooked breakfast, but that would not be high on my list of priorities.

It would have been nice to have an option of a cooked breakfast. Breakfast menu that you fill in can be a bit confusing, as there's separation between categories, but I worked it out, but could be a bit clearer
