Probably don't stay here unless there is nowhere else

It was available and nearby to where I needed to be.

Absolutely every aspect of the accommodation was dilapidated. The heater in the room didnt work properly, no hot water in the morning and the water pressure for what did come out was pathetic. It was dirty, the bed was frankly appallingly uncomfortable, and the entire room smelled strongly of damp. There didnt appear to be any kind of food service, despite some of the reviews. There is a sign at the property indicating that guests should look out for a new hotel experience, I would recommend that unless that hotel experience begins with razing this property to the ground as a start it will not be enough.

very poor experience and service, would not recommend at all

Nothing, I did not stay in the property once I had seen the room despite the fact I had arrived late in the evening, did not feel safe as a solo female traveller. Had to find another place last minute and was promised a refund from the property which i still have not received. Very poor commuication and service

I did not end up staying at this property because of the poor conditions, I have since been trying to get a refund that was promised to me by the property but have had little help and very poor service from the property and booking.com. Very poor experience. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing has been resolved.

Awful Avoid At ALL Cost

Everything.. it was dirty.. fall apart.. not safe.. dark dismal and in a state of needed complete remodelling.. shower was so poor i could not it.. bed sheets dirty.. water like milk out of tap.. room door not lockable.. curtains did not fit window so people could see in room if passing.. i have a video but unable to upload as it only allows photos

Crossway is a motel, only 0.7 km from University Hospital. It's undergoing refurbishment.

Breakfast was really nice help yourself buffet style which we like.staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was really dated and disappointing.the mattress needs replacing and we were facing a 24hr mc Donald’s noisy and very busy.

Useless staff

We have stayed there twice and each time we have got a parking ticket which was there fault because they they didn’t give us information about any Parking and flat the reviews to do anything about it saying they could do nothing about it which is very poor would I stay there again that we’re not because they can’t do their job properly?

Terrible

The car park was free

● Room was dirty (dirt, dust, stains, sticky sides etc). ● Lights flickered. ● Very little / no water pressure. ● Mold in the corners of the room and ceiling. ● Heater didn't work (Room was freezing) ● Outside balcony railing broken, unstable and missing sections (i walked up the stairs and turned right to my room and almost fell off edge as balcony is missing part of the railing but there's no signs or safety in place (massive accident waiting to happen)). ● Door didn't lock properly. ● Metal shutters over windows (creepy and worrying (what are they trying to keep out or in?)). ● Other hotel rooms not booked out were just left wide open all night (anyone could have walked in etc (felt very uneasy walking past them as never know who could jump out)). ● Room size was tiny. Overall was a very dirty, creepy, unpleasant place to stay.
