Finding it …25 mins Directions were terrible Had to go back to cottages.com Should have read Drive into Chaucer Lodge and Chaucer’s Nook building directly in front… instead had a very long convoluted sentence … which was very confusing Very kind man showed us the way in the end Lock box.. difficult to replace keys back

It would be difficult to find an apartment that was better appointed or better equipped! I really enjoyed my stay there.

Great location, stayed in this building before and just love how cosy and easy it is. Great parking space. Comfy bed, lovely bath and separate shower. Lovely kitchen / living room. Great value

Nothing except poor / no communication with the cottages company who we booked through via booking.com. Asked about towels the day before- no response. So had to buy towels just incase and yes they were provided. Then also asked about check out where keys should be left and no response to two more messages. Poor considering you had to pick up the keys from the office in town and there were multiple staff sat in the office all day everyday during our stay.

Lovely clean apartment everything you needed was there super cosy comfortable bed would definitely go back gain
