The location is great.

I didn’t like that I got charged a lot more than the locals per night and no dinner included. My wifi never worked in my room. Wifi only worked in the lobby.

The location is optimal, everything is very close, you can go to the store, beach on foot. The staff was cool, helpful.

The building is in a very poor state, the infrastructure was nit renovated since the very first completion probably 50 years ago. No one invested in anything since then.

Food was ok, beach was very close and accessible.

The staff didn’t make me feel very welcome there. Everyone gave out a cold vibe, the A/C was not included in the room which I missed while booking and the WiFi mostly didn’t work. Shower was somewhat broken and it had an electric switch in there (?).

Bad

I reserved a room with the sea view and balcony. When I came to the receptionist for the check in she was very rude and beside that she gave us the room without the balcony and the view we had was awful. It looked straight to the buildings and beside that, the room was very dirty and had hairs on the floor and there was bread that was really old. We came up to the receptionist and she said that we didnt ask for the room with the sea view and she showed us printed version of our booking which stated that we had booked the room with the sea view but lady obviously didn’t know english. After all she was very rude and after consulting with someone (I think the manager) she gave us the room with the balcony. I do not recommend staying at this hotel especially if you are traveling with your family. It has no AC nor the TV.

I liked the idea of having summer vacation in one's home country for a change.

The hotel and the beach are paved with stones, which is rare nowadays. The majority of the guests were my compatriots. The sea is ecologically healthy. The city of Neum is vibrant.

Well it can get loud in the evening as bars and cafes are nearby with live music but you get used to it past the first night.

Hotel zenit is great hotel. Will come back again for sure. Hope they install AC in all rooms soon. Pool was excellent. Staff was amazing and friendly. For old hotel it is amaz9ngly maintained and clean.
