Worst experience ever, truly disappointing!

I truly regret booking this accommodation after trusting the positive reviews. For the same price, we were given a triple room without a proper window, only a tiny balcony facing a neighboring house just a few meters away. Sleeping was impossible: every time cars passed over the rainwater drain grate in the road, the noise echoed through the walls and ceiling like constant thunder. The host was far from welcoming, and the property description was misleading. There was no minibar, and the fridge wasn’t even plugged in on arrival. The A/C was always switched off, some beds had no nearby power outlets, and the ladder into the sea shown in the photos didn’t even exist—it belongs to another hotel further away. The “sea view” was fake, and despite the description, breakfast was not included. When I tried to raise these issues, the host became aggressive. We were practically thrown out—with two small children—simply for complaining. The host insisted we were the only guests who had ever complained, but later admitted to the noise and missing ladder, blaming the city and refusing to take responsibility for the false advertising. They even tried to mark us as no-shows despite the fact that we stayed and paid, in an attempt to prevent us from leaving this review. We couldn’t help but feel discriminated against as Hungarians. A huge thank you to the Booking.com team for assisting us in this matter! This was the worst stay experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation.

Truly a perfect getaway – highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described (if not even better). The host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our time here. The location was perfect, peaceful yet convenient, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Magnificent Summer Holiday Stay in Neum

We stayed at the hotel as two guests. The hotel is located by the sea and has its own parking area. It is very clean, and the staff are extremely attentive, always trying to help with everything. The breakfast is especially delicious — freshly and specially prepared. They constantly check in to ask if you need anything more, in case it’s not enough. There are both sun loungers inside the hotel grounds and fabric sun loungers outside, where you can relax and sunbathe. You can also swim in the sea by jumping off the pier. The only drawback is that not every room has a large bed, so you may need to request one separately. However, the hotel staff do their best to assist with everything. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely visit again.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. It truly had all the amenities I needed, and it was within walking distance to everywhere. I had a wonderful stay there.

A relaxing stay at the edge of the sea.

Everything. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom and a large terrace with serene views of the sea! The breakfast was exceptional! A beautiful presentation always prepared the freshest ingredients and lots of different flavors. I loved that I could just walk down the steps and go for a swim in the morning. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. But what I appreciated the most was the kindness of the host/owner who parked my car when I arrived very late the first night. He immediately answered my message and came within minutes when my rental car was making odd noises on my last night and I needed to get up early to drive to the airport in Dubrovnik in the morning. He called a friend who is a mechanic and they took care of everything for me. I highly recommend Villa Maslina! I was traveling by myself and I felt safe and cared for and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This location exceeded expectations. It was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the water. Very clean and smelled good. The husband and wife hosts were both very nice. They speak good English. Nice lounge chairs to lay overlooking the water. You can order breakfast which was delicious. We had the room with 3 twin beds and it was spacious. Good AC as well. There was parking on site that was good. This was the 4th place we stayed on our trip and it was the nicest. Wish we had stayed longer. Again like most places in the area be prepared for stairs. And this property is CASH only. Conveniently located to restaurants and small shops.

Shower was a little small but clean, good water pressure. You have to be careful getting in the water in front of villa because there are lots of sea urchins but there are some areas with less and plenty of people in the water.

Everything was perfect! It exceeded our expectations. Located right on the promenade, beach was just outside of our apartment without crowds. We had private beach chairs under olive tree. Staff was super nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect small oasis

Very attentive and friendly staff, clean, well equipped room with large balcony overlooking the coast. Restaurant on site with private beach chairs. Very close to the small shops and restaurants. Worth the price for a few relaxing days.

Vicinity of jet ski rental makes it a bit noisy. Property itself has no room for any improvement. Everything is so tastefully decorated and made convenient for the clients.

Lovely vacation

I sent my dad for a vacation to Neum, to Maslina. He was super happy. The landlord and his lovely wife took a really good care of my father. The location is perfect, they have sunbeds, perfect room and comfortable bed. Everything was extremely clean. He forgot his suitcase there when he was heading home the last day. They sent the suitcase back to my father the very next day through their friends. My dad and me are very thankful to you.

The location is great, close to the center and just in front of the beach. Everything is clean and the house is pretty with an amazing sea view. There are restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this place. The host is very nice and helpful.

A delightful first visit to Bosnia

Walking out of the garden straight onto the sea front. The view from the terrace stunning. Breakfast on the terrace a delight. The beach are was clean and the water quality first class.

Quite difficult to locate the property no 28 is actually opposite number 93 ?? No clear indication of the Villa from the road side.

Charmante pause en Bosnie dans un cadre reposant

Chambres complètement rénovées, modernes avec balcons donnant sur la mer. Accueil charmant et non surfait. Petit-déjeuner délicieux avec de belles assiettes incluant du chaud et froid (un peu cher tout de même) Balade en bord d'eau pour aller aux restaurants à côté.

Les chambres manquent encore un peu de charme et d'équipements comme shampoing/gel douche ou poubelles mais cela reste un détail.

Definitiv eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Bosnien-Rundreise. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurden sofort Getränke angeboten. Das Zimmer war sehr neu und groß, vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück wird auf einer wunderschönen Terasse angeboten und ist vorzüglich - das beste während der gesamten Reise. Unglaublicherweise gab es sogar deutsches Fernsehen!

Très bel établissement en bord de mer avec un bon rapport qualité/prix

L'établissement est très bien situé en bord de mer (5 mètres ! difficile de faire plus près). Très belle propriété avec beaucoup de cachet. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu et très joli avec des oliviers et d'autres arbustes d'ornement. La terrasse du restaurant pour les petits déjeuners est face à la mer. Le patron est très aimable et a toujours su répondre à nos demandes. Notre chambre (la n°2) était plutôt spacieuse avec un confort correct pour la literie. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel (buffet international complet et surtout délicieux)

Peu de place utilisable pour le parking (5 places pour 8 chambres !) défaut corrigé dès notre arrivée par le patron qui nous a libéré une place sur un autre emplacement à proximité. La salle de bain est petite et la cabine de douche aussi. Mais surtout, et cela est spécifique à notre chambre (n°2), cette dernière donnait sur la rue en amont de la villa (une dizaine de mètres) et nous avions des bruits de grille de caniveau à chaque passage de véhicule en particulier la nuit ce qui a considérablement perturbé notre sommeil. Même si le propriétaire n'y peut rien, cela explique notre notation.

Es war überragend schön. Ante der Besitzer ich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit wie es nur irgendwie möglich ist. Eine paradiesisches Gefühle wenn, man neben den Olivenbäumen frühstückt. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier. Danke für alles Ante.

Schönste Unterkunft am Strand in Neum!!

Mit Abstand das schönste Haus direkt am Wasser mit eigenen Strandliegen. Tolles top Frühstück - UNBEDINGT dazu buchen. Hatten sogar trotz eigener Einschränkung (vegetarisch) eine riesen Auswahl, sehr schön präsentiert und super geschmeckt. Sehr netter Host jederzeit verfügbar, auch um zb kühle Getränke am Tag zu bestellen.
