It is a very nice hotel situated on the main road of Neum. The staff (I think it is a family business) it is very kind, very polite, very friendly and ready to help. As an example, I needed Bosnian coins to pay for parking. The owner of the hotel did the exchange at the exact official exchange rate. The hotels room are large, clean, functional. The internet speed is very good, The bathroom is fully functional and very clean. We had a great view from our room. The breakfast was impressive, a lot of options. There are several parking spots in front of the hotel. Few supermarkets nearby. I'm not sure, but I think that the hotel has also a restaurant where you can serve lunch and dinner.
Everything was perfect.
