Decent hotel at a great place

Close to the beach (though you need to climb a bit to get back). Decent breakfast. Big enough room. 24/7 reception. Parking possibility.

Dirty old rooms. We booked 2 rooms and both were in bad shape. The toilet barely worked in 1 room. I'm surprised this was classified as a 4-star hotel..

Great view and location, but the cleanliness and service left much to be desired.

Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, it was stunning both day and night. The location was also great.

The cleanliness could have been much better. The room wasn’t cleaned every day, and the sheets were not changed during our whole stay. The breakfast was quite bland with very few options, and some of the staff were not polite in my opinion.

Location is great and the view is beautiful. If you want a calm place near the sea, you will be satisfied with this hotel.

We were before the real season started and the breakfast offer was not rich. However everyone could find something to eat.

Nice and quiet hotel in Neum with exceptional view.

The hotel looked newly refurbished. We had a nice and quiet room on the top floor with balconny and exceptional view over the sea and the surruondings. Large and comfortable beds. Free parking close to entrance. The breakfast was simple, but adequate. Nice and helpfull staff

Very clean hotel, close to the beach, friendly staff, the sea view is superb., the rooms have everything you need.

Breakfast could be a little more diverse. The coffee machine should make also natural coffee, not only instant.

Location really nice, a few hundred meters down to the Beach. The room after cleaning ok. Breakfast was decent. The cleaners found the earrings of my gf after departing

Room wasn't cleaned when we arrived 2 hours after the check in time. Sometimes a little bit shortage or unknowledgeable answers when having questions. Really the biggest issue was with the primal cleaning there.

Superb

The staff was very kind and make us feel like home. We found it a very good breakfast. They even served Bosnian coffee especially for us. We give then a 10 for service. The hotel is located at the most beautifull part of the boulevard.

Friendly staff, decent location, clean & cozy. Room sold as "see view" may actually be "not as advertised". Wifi out of service. Everything else is worth every penny! Highly recommend!!!
