I've liked that the hotel is located on the seashore and it's so well-maintained and clean. Breakfast was fair, and I expected more choices for a 4star hotel. Staff was kind.
Rooms that do not look out to the seashore have a view of the rocks.

The view from the sea-view rooms is absolutely stunning. Room service came everyday and the rooms were cleaned exceptionally well. The best thing about our stay was the service. I have stayed at many hotels in my life and this hotel had the best service I have ever encountered. The employees work really hard and truly make you feel like the “customer is always right”. They are respectful, patient, and exceed expectations. If you encounter Antonio and/or Teo at the reception desk, you are in great hands. They both are wonderful people. Teo especially helped with a booking error (on my end). Their director Darijo, was very supportive as well. Overall, it’s an amazing stay with great staff!

It’s a very big massive hotel. When you arrive you get a plastic band around your wrist what looks like your in a all-inclusive hotel but it’s not, it feels cheap. The hotel is clean but the rooms are not very good finished. The towels where more grey and yellow than white. They have a good WiFi coverage all over the place, even outside. When you want to use the pool or sit on a bed by the water there are additional costs and there are no beach towels. The parking was included but completely full so we have to park the car on the hill to the parking, not very comfortable.
To massive. Breakfast was ok but chaotic with a lot of people. Outside the music is so hard you hear it in your room. Staff was ok but not more than that.
