Nice place

To big price for the dog. 25% from the value of the room, I considered that unjust. What is the reason for paying more for the dog if i get a more expensive room? For 10 minutes more in vacuuming the room is not right to be so expensive. This fee shouldn’t be a fix price and should be visible on the description of the place.

Better than I imagined.

Even though we arrived at midnight due to travel and while the hotel does not provide a 24-hour reception, they served us flawlessly. The stay was excellent. The room was quite large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had all the necessities. As for the breakfast, it was almost complete for all tastes. Of course, as well as private parking space without charge.I must not forget that the hotel is dog-friendly and without additional charge, but the biggest advantage was the kindness of the staff. They were all simply amazing and very helpful.

I think it would be less stressful if there was a 24-hour reception without it meaning we had any problems even without it.

Nice place to stay in Timisoara

The room is big with amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was okayish (eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, milk, cereal, bacon, bread, some sweets like kuglof, pies etc... There were hotel parkings available, but if you come late at night, it could happen that all slots are occupied. Check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. Staff was very kind. 15 lev from hotel to city center with Bolt taxi.

Excellent

The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area, which manages the unusual feat of being close to the airport and to the motorway, but at the same time just a few minutes away from the city center (by car). The rooms are big and well furnished, the beds comfortable, the breakfast delicious and with a lot of options, and the staff very friendly. Free private parking is provided at the property. Despite being only three-story high (ground floor included), it has an elevator. This is really nice when you have a heavy suitcase.

Nice clean room, quiet

Bathroom was tired and outdated. Restaurant didn’t have any choice of alcohol free beers. Very isolated, far from any bars and restaurants.

The location is not touristic at all. Hotel is surrounded by local houses, so the view is to people's yards and living rooms. At night the streets are not very well lit, and there is no restaurant close by.

A good hotel for a night staying for travelers.

The room was big for a triple room and clean. The breakfast was good with enough products. Hotel have a free parking for 8-10 cars. A very good location for one night staying.

Hotel is located into a area that is not usual for a hotel, an area with houses and with a little bit strange faces. Also till the city center is around 3.5 km and you need your car or taxi. But over all I didn't feel unsafe.

I was tryiing to eat dinner at restaurant, but havent found anybody in 20 minutes to order or ask for help, beside that, the breakfast was good.

Good hotel and comfortable rooms

Nice hotel, very big room, clean and quiet. I booked the deluxe suite apartment for 4, but when I reached the hotel the room was no longer available and the available one was having only three beds, maybe due to some confusion. It was solved by offering us an extra room to acomodate one person. Very prompt reaction of staff that supported us. Restaurant available for dinner. Breakfast was very good.

Good for travellers who want peace and quiet

The location was good. It was in a quiet part of the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite big. The breakfast was very varied.

The bathroom and bathroom ammenities were a bit disappointing since the photo on the site is a bit different from reality. The air conditioning, although it worked, had a very peculiar way of being turned on and it could not be turned up or down, it had only one mode of operating.

The staff, Vali and Gabi at the front desk were awesome and breakfast was good

The manager was difficult to work with and was argumentative even when we showed him our booking.com documents. The AC was non existent and again the manager didn't even want our local friends to bring us fans.

Big rooms. Clean. Actually usable wifi by the entire family . Breakfast was ok.

The hotel needs some attention. Our experience: The tv remote was missing the power button. One power outlet had a wire sticking out of it. One light bulb was not working. The hair drier not working. Other things: The light bulbs used were too dim. The TV had sattelite TV channels, with poor reception.
