Pleasant one-night stay

Clean and decent hotel. We booked two rooms and both were comfortable, warm and cozy. The staff is kind. Breakfast was ok. Parking is provided, for a fee. The city center is about 20 minutes away on foot or a short ride by public transport or by car. Overall, a pleasant one-nigh stay.

The neighborhood of the hotel is not much attractive, but we felt safe. We wanted to use the sauna, which is provided for guests, however, it was not heated and ready for use, so contact the staff in advance if you want to use this service.

Overall, a very positive experience.

The location of the property is great! 10-15 minutes' walk from the city center. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious, with so many options to choose from. The staff is very polite and positive! I would recommend the hotel.

Because of the carpet floor, the room can smell a bit dusty, which is not suitable for people with allergies. I would recommend a deep cleaning of the carpet floors. Besides, please beware of the fruits you take during breakfast; you need to clean them extra thoroughly before eating them.

Too cold in the apartment. Although we complained to the reception that it was very cold, they did nothing. The first night when we arrived at the hotel, there was no hot water for showering.

Charged me twice

Clean and comfy.

I paid for this hotel through booking, my kids drank two water bottles at the minibar, when asked to pay at the reception she charged me for my hotel stay + 2 waters from mini bar. After going back and forth and explaining multiple times I already paid through booking.com the receptionist apologized and said this was the hotels fault and that I will receive my refund soon but didn't know when. I followed up with an email and got no reply when I would receive my refund., it has been 5 days now and crickets from their side.

The staff was kind.

The first room I stayed in left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, the curtains the same, dirt on the floor, cobwebs in the bathroom and most importantly, although I booked a deluxe room, I didn't have a refrigerator. Although we mentioned from the first moment the lack of a refrigerator, we managed to move into a room with a refrigerator only on the second night.

The apartment is in a different building than the main one, a building that does not have an elevator or air conditioning in the hallways. Location, a little bit far from the center.

For a little extra money better go for an international chain hotel in Timisoara.

Extremely noisy area, poor sound insulation and with multiple events going on during the weekend. The staff at the reception treats the cuatomers like their doing them some kind of a favour by just doing their jobs. You can definetely see the lack of training for the personel.

We travelled from Vienna to Timisoara, after a total of 8 hours driving ( with breaks, of course) we were really looking forward to our hotel bed where we could finally get some well deserved rest. More than a week in advance I contacted the hotel to request for a baby cot, their reply was that they will indeed provide, but for an additional cost of 50ron. We agreed and rested unworried that we will have our much needed baby cot ( our daughter moves and kicks in her sleep so its impossible to have a resting sleep with her in the same bed). Fast forward to the day before the arrival, we call the hotel to confirm and the reception guy tells us that THE WHOLE HOTEL HAS ONLY ONE BABY COT, which is currently being used, so goodby sleep for us. Arrived Timisoara at 4am, the garbage from the bathroom hasnt been cleaned, my girlfriend noticed some make up removing pads still in the garbage, water was leaking from the fridge, curtains wont block the sun at all after sunrise. Went to breakfast, which was actually quite good, but no butter and jam 😢 only to return and find out our room card was deactivated, luckily, because our daughter hasnt woken yet, we had to take turns, she went first, I went after so even with the room access card deactivated we opened the door for eachother. At the checkout l we found out that someone randomly bought coffee and put it on our room to be charged, their solution was to give us two bottles of water ( which generally costs 3.5 lei) at the price of 8lei, in order to compensate for the overcharge. The reception of the hotel and the outside look nice and clean, it felt very welcoming, but we reccommend a better customer service training for the staff.

The quality of the hotel overall has felt over the years.

Good breakfast. Fair value.

During that night there was a baptism party in the restaurant and we received a room ar the first floor. Even if the receptionist told us there was a party we assumed it will be over in one or two hours (it was 8PM). Yet at 11PM the music was very loud and we couldnt sleep. After a call at the reception and some discussion with the receptionist, that at first said she cant do nothing, we moved to the third floor. So make sure you ask if there is a party in restaurant before booking. Also, in the bathroom of the room at the first floor, the heating didnt work.
