A very enjoyable stay

We liked everything about the hotel: the room, the facilities, the fact that it was extremely clean, the staff, the restaurant, and the breakfast

the property was nice- however the rooms were so hot! we told the front desk and they said they adjust the temp to allow us to lower the temperature in our room, however it never was done- it was 27’c and we had to sleep with the window open every night the property itself was cute and the breakfast was great

The hotel gives you a vibe just like its name: Serenity. Very cozy, quiet, and clean. The staff is super nice and always looking to help the customers. There's also a restaurant on the ground floor with very good Italian food.

Great value for money

Cosy, clean, tastefully decorated. Great value for money. Regarding location: nothing wrong, the hotel is among blocks of flats, can walk to the city centre or take an uber (approx 3 euros), but at least. Would definitely return when back in timisoara.

Nice and relaxing place

A really nice hotel, with modern and relaxing vibe. Staff were helpful, kind, and professional. Free parking, good breakfast, very comfy bed.

The location is not the greatest, it takes a bit to walk to the centre and the surroundings are a bit run-down. Rooms were very clean but there was a weird smell in the bathroom every time water was running - could be something to do with the water supply and not related to the hotel. There were a lot of guests at breakfast at the same time so service was a bit slower.

Lobby looks great, location is fine, but I think there are much better options.

The lobby area looks amazing. Breakfast is also good. The room and the bathroom were clean.

This hotel is not nearly as luxurious as it looks over the pictures. As soon as we got the keys and headed to our room, we got stuck in the elevator. We were there for 30 minutes, nobody came to give us any kind of update, and once the door opened nobody came to say sorry, explain what happened, or at least tell us whether the elevator is now working and should we use it or not, so we went up and down the stairs to our room on the 4th floor during our stay. We took the room with balcony, but balcony looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the opening. In the room for two people, there was only one bathrobe.

The close distance to the city center and free parking space in the hotel. Plus the building is quite new one.

It was nice but I won't be visiting again

The hotel was refurbished and redecorated so all the facilities are new. The bathroom was clean and it was very nice to wash in. The service people were nice and they tried to help as best as they can. My spouse said the breakfast was standard but ok.

The mattress on the bed was too stiff and we didn't sleep at night. It was awful. It really caused me and my spouse back pains. It is like that in every room (we checked)! There was a problem with the air conditioner so we had to wait several hours until they agreed to move us to another room. The windows are without a mosquito net so every time we opened the window mosquitos went inside.

Super Comfortable Accomodation

Brand new accomodation (or it looks like that), spotlessly clean; very comfortable, stylishly decorated. It is quiet and provides a good night rest. Good breakfast, coffee machine in the room. Smart TVs. Lots of pillows, nice sheets and towels. The location is a bit problematic. It is a bit far from the center, especially because it is deep in not so nice residential area with some constructions going on. The beds are narrow and could be more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Timisoara with my wife and two children. The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing plenty of space for the family. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring we all had a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience

The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t affect our stay much. Everything else was great, and we were very pleased with our time at the hotel

Steta je da soba nema ketler da se moze popiti caj. Takodje, izostale su sitnice poput balzama za kosu, i malo bogatije ponudjene kozmetike zs negu. Vodu placate, nema niti jedne poklonjene flasice.

Hotelul este renovat , modern cu o atmosfera de poveste si corespunde cu prezentarea , camerele ok , recomand restaurantul , terasa , personalul de la receptie amabil .

La micul dejun se creeaza aglomeratie avand in vedere arhitectura bufetului cu produse si probabil lipsa cantitatii si diversitatii , lipsesc cani , pahare , farfurii , paine si altele , cred ca au doar 4 boluri pentru cereale deoarece in cele 2 dimineti noi am prins doar 1 bol la 2 copii . Lipsa personal calificat si lipsa organizare mic dejun . Locatia este intre blocuri si cam la 30 min de mers pe jos pana in centru .

Wirklich schönes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe von Timisoara

Noch sehr neues, modernes und bis ins Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Zimmer und Bad super, guter PKW Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgrund. Hervorragendes und wohlschmeckendes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, da findet jeder etwas. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Innenstadt von Temeschwar, zu Fuß war es uns etwas weit. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Im Hotel ist ein augenscheinlich italienisches Restaurant vorhanden, in dem wir gut, aber nicht ganz billig zu Abend gegessen haben.

Andere haben es ja schon erwähnt, die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sehr ansprechend und steht in krassem Gegensatz zum schönen Hotel. Immerhin gibt es aber einen kleinen Supermarkt mit gutem Angebot gleich neben dem Hotel.

Éramos duas pessoas em um apartamento duplo e só havia um chinelo, uma touca de banho e um roupão. Falta de um blackout para que a luz não entrasse as 5:30 hs da manhã. Viemos em junho de 2025.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal spricht Englisch und ist hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Schön eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel - top!

Osoblje je bilo prijatno. Soba čista, enterijer ugodan.

Doručak je mogao biti bolji. Čini mi se da ima malo osoblja, tako da za vrijeme doručka često nema čaša, aparat za kafu se ugasi sam od sebe. Takodje, bilo bi lijepo da se u restoranu može popiti kafa u bilo koje doba dana - ne samo za vrijeme doručka i večere.

Nu arata ca un hotel ee 4 stele. Apa calda nu am avut iar restaurantul ne a zis ca se deschide la ora 17:00 si nu a mai venit nimeni sa deschida. Am fost nevoiti sa cautam un restaurant in oras si am pierdut timpul . La baie inafara de sapun nu era nimic.Camerele sunt foarte mici. Pe scurt arata si are conditii de hotel de 3 stele
