Nice place in a nice quiet location

A nice clean and modern building in a quiet residential area. Staff were nice and helpful. Twin room was modern, uncluttered and of a good size. There's free parking. A 15 minute walk gets you to the Timisoara Brewery Beer Garden, which is well worth a visit.

A little disappointed with breakfast. It didn't seem as if the area laid out was designed for its use, i.e. there were no fridge units for things such as juices, yoghurt or butter. In fact the butter was almost liquid.

Zero respect for customers. I could’t sleep at all during my 2 nights stay. There were parties with loud music in the hotel, which started around 10pm and lasted until 4am, every night. The rooms are not soundproof! I made a complaint the first night, it didn’t matter. The second night there was nobody at the reception to speak with. When I checked out from the hotel I told the girl at the reception how unpleasant my stay was and she was laughing, for lack of any words, adding that she cannot do anything about it. I asked for my money back. I want this solved! I want my money back!!!! I didn’t pay to be sleep deprived for two nights in a row! This is outrageous! And I wasn’t the only person in this hotel that was bothered by this!

A cozy hotel to stay

I really had a nice experience at the hotel and the reception was polite and helpful and the hotel was generally clean. Breakfast was adequate. The location was close to my destination and I can recommend it to people who will stay. Thank you for everything. :)

Fantastic building , very good value for money services

Staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Architecture of the hotel is amazing, parking place very well organized. Breakfast was good great coffee from central America ( sustainable production) . Place is quiet ideal for trainings , seminars , meetings

Very peaceful and confortable place with an interesting story

This hotel is placed in a quiet neighbourhood from what I saw. From the lobby to the halls and room, everything looked very nice and had a premium feeling.The parking is away from the street and seemed pretty safe. I enjoyed the most the bed mattress, and the breakfast was also pretty good. I will certainly come here again whenever I'll be in Timisoara.

Great place to choose when arriving to beautiful Timisoara.

Modern, well equipped place with very friendly staff. We had here a super nice overstay in Timisoara. The place is not next to the center but is placed in a quite place, offering a modern experience to its tourists. The breakfast was great and the staff very helful and smiley. Everything was new and clean, the garden is big and the terrace outside very beautiful.
