Amazing!

A pleasant surprise

The accomodation is located almost in the city centre. Also easily accessible by bus. In a walking distance from the city centre, aquapark, train station etc. Grocery store just around the corner. Owners (?) were very pleasant and king. Easy communication. Spotless clean. Good beds. We also appreciated a little coffee maker on the corridor (and the biscuits). Great value for money. Would definitely recommend! Good luck to the owners 🙂

There was something really stinky on the ground floor just after entering the main door. But this does not affect our stay at all and as I wrote above, the room itself was spotless.

Everything about the accommodation was great - the room was really spacious, clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a big help. I did not have time to sit on the little balcony, that was a really nice feature. The place was very quiet, and the host could not be more accommodating - he worked around me to arrange both check in, check out and payment so I did not have to change my plans, and he was happy to help with other things too. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is not in any way the fault of the host, but there are not many places around to eat breakfast. For meals after 11am, there were some, but if you are planning to stay, make sure you plan around that. That being said, the neighbourhood was very nice and safe and the city center was close, with taxis there costing no more than 2-3 euros.

Quiet neigborhood and compliant room

The Villa is aproximately 20 minutes from the center. It is in a quiet neigborhood and they have their own parking. You don't need to reserve it or pay for it. A/C is included in the price of accomodation. Clean sheets, clean towels are available. Paper cups and bottles of water were already waiting in our room. Rooms have a small fridge. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby for all guests at any time. Rooms have heavy curtains so when there is a lot of sun, you can cover your windows. Rooms are not for smokers, you can smoke on the balcony where you are provided with ashtray. Also, rooms are just like in pictures, you can ask for beds to be separated or joined. WIFI was available for free and it was ok. Hot water is available at all times in bathroom.

Beds, mattresses were really soft! I don't know if those were used a lot or those were just like that, but for my taste, they were too soft and for some reason they were constantly slipping of the beds so I had to adjust them a lot. As for the bathroom, sink and shower drains were almost always flodding, not so that water was sipping into room, but as much that you stepped into water everytime that you entered bathroom. When you wanted to take a shower, you should move faucet to hot water, let it pour and wait for a few minutes for it to come. Then you can shower with nice hot/warm water. Someone already mentioned this in the comments (so this is just a note). The rooms don't have electric kettle in them, you can get boiling water from coffee machine in the lobby (this is also just a note).

Perfect location for business or recreation trip.

The location is easily accessible, the host is very nice, spacious rooms, very clean, decorated with taste and good materials. You have coffee, tea, water at your disposal, without limit. On the ground floor of the location there is a restaurant where you can have dinner or just a drink.

I gave 9 to the location because, at the time of arrival, it was very cold in the room and it warmed up quite hard.

Extremely clean. Very comfortable. Nice and quiet area. All you need for a short stay. Walking distance to the city center where you can find restaurants for all tastes. The hosts are great. We'll be back for the next trip to Timișoara. I promise! 😊
