The accommodation is nice, clean and it is as shown in the photos. The host is very kind, with precise instructions for entering the accommodation and additional useful information. The heating worked non-stop, so the temperature was pleasant in the apartment. The parking lot is spacious and one parking space is provided for each apartment.

The problem we encountered was with the gate of the building's yard, which got stuck the morning we were leaving, so we had a problem getting out of the accommodation for about 15 minutes. However, the problem was quickly resolved, as one of the accommodation staff came by and helped us. Also, the internet worked intermittently on the first day, while on the second day it worked properly. Certainly, none of the mentioned is a deal breaker, given that the accommodation is really good.

My stay at Casa Maria City Apartments was a delightful blend of cozy comfort and attentive service,

I absolutely loved my stay for several reasons. Firstly, the room, while not overly spacious, had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease. Despite its size, it was thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay. Moreover, the impeccable cleanliness of the room truly stood out, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The only minor downside was the limited supply of sugar for tea and coffee, even though there was an ample amount of both provided in the room.

The location is newly opened, all the furniture is new and of good quality. The rooms are beautiful and well-kept. The host was extremely welcoming and nice, she communicated extremely well. I appreciated the good quality mattresses and pillows. Many thanks to our host!

We suggest checking the bathtubs, ours was leaking a little bit.

מקום אירוח חדש ומודרני. מתקנים חדשים ונראה שהושקעה מחשבה רבה מאחוריו, אממה ניכר שנעצרו בשלב המחשבה ולא המשיכו לנקיטת פעולה. כבר בשלב לקיחת המפתח מהבוקס ליד החניה הוא התנתק מהקיר בגלל חיבור לקוי של הברגים. לאחר מכן, העליה לחדרים היא במדרגות בלבד דמוי אתר בניה. החדרים עצמם מעוצבים בטוב טעם ומקנים תחושה של בית אבל בחדר האמבטיה יש ליקויים בדמות מתקן למגבת שלא מוברג היטב לקיר בנוסף דלת האמבטיה לא נסגרת הרמטית וגולת הכותרת הייתה הזרם במקלחת- ברמה של טפטוף וניסיון לנקות את הסבון לוקח כמה דק טובות… מעבר לזה אני חושב שהתמורה טובה למחיר. המיקום לא מרכזי מעט מרוחק מהעיר אבל שווה לעצירה ללילה אחד ולהמשיך הלאה.

O ședere plăcută

Personalul foarte amabil si de ajutor. Locul e foarte curat, imaculat totul, zona e frumoasă, cu mult spațiu verde, nu e gălăgie, camera are spațiu mult, e loc să îți pui lucrurile in camera, pe scaune, fotoliu, in dulap. In general, este un loc plăcut.

Am avut o problema, s-a blocat cheia in ușă, din cauza ca era foarte cald si bătea soarele pe ea. Am sunat si am primit ajutor imediat, dar cred ca pe viitor se poate rezolva si in alt fel, cu o copertina poate. Este nevoie și de plase de insecte. Eu am găsit 3 țânțari în cameră vineri seara când am ajuns. Și apoi ca sa pot aerisi camera, am deschis geamurile cu obloanele trase în jos, pe post de plasă. Aș fi avut nevoie de un bol sau o farfurie adâncă în care să mănânc cereale cu iaurt. Peste tot până acum am găsit. M-am descurcat, am mâncat într-o cană. De asemenea, în descrierea camerei scrie că este uscător de păr. Nu am găsit nicăieri. Norocul meu că mi-am luat de acasă. Și dușul curge destul de rău, dar am lăsat un prosop acolo si a absorbit apa. Păcat de lucrurile acestea, altfel chiar mi-a plăcut camera.

Gazda primitoare. Camerele sunt exact ca in poze. Totul curat. Checkin / checkout, usor si rapid. Locuri de parcare suficiente.

Se aude orice zgomot exterior, chiar si cu storurile trase. La cabina de dus apa curgea pe langa.

Vom reveni la urmatorul drum in Timisoara

Camera este spatioasa si curata. Fata de prima data cand am fost si am facut rezervarea fix in ziua cand am ajuns, de data aceasta camera a fost incalzita si nu ne-a mai fost rece.

Fata de prima data, de data aceasta apa de la dus curgea pe langa si mai rau. Pilota ar putea fi un pic mai mare. Pernele din camera 3 nu au fost confortabile ca cele din camerele 1 si 4.
