Feels like visiting a friend, the person behind is great

Very friendly staff, nice interior design, nice breakfast, nice private parking. It's a small family owned hotel which tries to offer a great service to their customers. You can really feel that. Let me say again: VERY friendly staff, they truly know how to treat a customer.

Very unpleasant experience

The location is close to Timisoara airport and a major Romanian highway and it was suitable to stop by. The room is big.

There was no one at the reception when I arrived (it was 10-11 p.m. and I was really tired after a long drive) so not great to be kept waiting or to wander in the hotel for a receptionist. No breakfast in the morning (!!!) even if it was included in the room price (very unpleasant for a parent with a child in a city they have never been before). I totally regret having chosen this accommodation.

Disappointed

The parking

Our room was gave to another persons, so by the evening when we arrived we didn't had a room ready for us, we had to call the owner because the employee from reception was totally incompetent. When, finally they gave us the keys from another room, the room was ready for a couple, not for 2 persons, we had to go again to ask to prepare to beds. We had only one towel, half of roll of toilet paper, the shower was dirty, as soon i took a shower the bathroom floor was covered in water. In the evening the lady from reception asked at what hour we will leave so she can prepare the breakfast (was included in stay price), i told her 7-7:10. I had to wait for her to wake up (7.30) so i can pay for our room!! We didn't even had the possibility to buy a water or a coffee :(... I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Osrednji boravak. Poraditi na enterijeru i higijeni umesto na eksterijeru. Ne vredi taj novac koji platite.

U hotelu divno dekorisani svi hodnici, spolja takoðe sve pohvale.

Za recepcijom nema nikog, enigma je nekog dobiti telefonom. U sobi sa bračnim krevetom dobijen samo 1 frotir dovoljan za 1 osobu. Nakon traženja 2 frotira, isti je dobijen ali bez našeg prisustva u sobi, izuzetno neprijatna situacija zbog držanja ličnih stvari unutra. Posteljina se izuzetno oseti na dezinfekciono sredstvo od čega stvarno peku nozdrve. U smeštaju ne postoji nijedna kanta osim malene u toaletu koja se napuni za pola dana. Rezerve toalet papira ne postoje. Tuš kabina curi na pločice. Na noćnom stočiću od prošlih gostiju prosuto neko baby ulje. Glavna mana: Na sajtu prilikom rezervacije piše da je u cenu smeštaja uključen doručak, čak je to i naznačeno na oglasnoj tabli u sobi a zapravo je obmana. Doručak ne služe. Dakle plaćate samo smeštaj a ne polupansion.

Zbog malog deteta tražili smo smeštaj sa što boljom ocenom, u nadi da je ta ocena garancija za kvalitet. Očigledno – nije. Na samom ulasku u hotel zapahnuo nas je jak miris algicida za suzbijanje buđi, ali smo pomislili da je to prolazno jer se radi o ulazu. Odmah nas je dočekala vlasnica hotela, koja nije želela da traži pasoše, već isključivo novac, i to po mogućnosti u evrima i odmah. Pošto smo došli sa detetom od godinu dana, platio sam bez rasprave. Međutim, po ulasku u sobu osetili smo jak miris nekog parfema, kao i izrazitu vlagu i buđ. Odmah sam primetio da je jedan krevet bio ubuđan i pocepan, dok je drugi bio improvizovan od dva dušeka, jedan na drugom. Kupatilo je bilo u potpunosti buđavo, a sa plafona je kapljala voda sa gornjeg sprata. Tepih u sobi nije bio ni usisan, ali smo i to zanemarili jer smo bili sa malim detetom. Takođe, vlasnica nam nije napomenula da planira da svake noći pravi žurke koje traju do 4–5 ujutru. Skrenuo sam joj pažnju da je muzika preglasna, ali to nju uopšte nije zanimalo. Zbog svega navedenog, četiri noći smo proveli pod velikim stresom i sa slomljenim živcima. Ne preporučujem nikome ovaj hotel, zbog potpunog nerazumevanja, neprofesionalnosti i bahatog ponašanja vlasnice.

Gutes Hotel mit sehr netter Besitzerin

Wirklich sehr sehr nette und sympathische Hotelbesitzern, die sich extra für uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt hat. Sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, leckeres, großes und vielfältiges Frühstück (wie haben es nicht ganz geschafft). Wenn man auf hohem Niveau meckern möchte, war es in den Schränken nicht zu 100% sauber (Boden, Bett und Bad schon) und ein Mülleimer im Zimmer (nicht nur im Bad) wäre super. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, super Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Eigentlich mittelmäßig bezahltes Frühstück ohne jegliche Kommunikation nicht bekommen, absolut NoGo

Hier wurden wir nett empfangen. Der Mann vom Empfang hat uns sogar noch Pizza vom Lieferdienst geordert da ist bereits ziemlich spät war, es im Hotel kein Abendessen gab und wir nach der langen Fahrt noch etwas essen mussten. Er hat uns sogar den Preis für die Pizza und die Getränke in rumänischer Währung vorgelegt und zu einem guten Kurs gewechselt. Das war sehr nett. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß. Wir hatten sogar einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. In den Betten konnten wir ganz gut liegen. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Es gab einen großen LED Fernseher mit Netflix, YouTube und allen möglichen anderen Programmen. Auch das Bad war groß. Sowohl im Eingangsbereich als auch im Außenbereich waren einige Spielgeräte für Kinder vorhanden. Sehr positiv war der private Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel der auch von der Öffentlichkeit so nicht einsehbar war.

Im Bad war die Duschabtrennung sehr wackelig. Die Toilettenbrille war nur lose aufgelegt, sodass man sie beim ersten Aufklappen in der Hand hatte. Auf dem Badvorleger war noch Zahnpasta der vorherigen Gäste zu sehen. In der Dusche waren die Ritzen zwischen den Kacheln im unteren Bereich schwarz. (Schimmel?). Das Zimmer war leider sehr heiß und stickig und auch die Klimaanlage konnte dagegen nicht viel ausrichten. Wir haben für das Frühstück extra bezahlt. Es wurde zugesagt, dass es um 8 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Um 8 Uhr waren wir gemeinsam mit etlichen anderen Gästen im Frühstücksraum und warteten vergeblich. Es war keinerlei Personal vor Ort. Nach einer längeren Wartezeit mussten wir leider hungrig und ohne unser bezahltes Frühstück abreisen, da wir sonst unsere Tagesetappe nicht mehr geschafft hätten. Es war kein einziger Mensch vom Personal vor Ort und es gab auch keinerlei Infos was los ist. So etwas habe ich während den mehreren hundert Übernachtungen der vergangenen Jahre noch nie erlebt. Auf Nachfrage wurde sich mit einem angeblichen Personalausfall entschuldigt und uns ein Abendessen bei der nächsten Übernachtung angeboten. Das ist eine unwahre Beschwichtigung, da es ja auch auf unsere Anfrage kein Abendessen in diesem Hotel gab. Eine erneute Übernachtung dort brauche ich wahrhaftig nicht mehr.

Mucegai în baie și miros persistent de mucegai. Ventilator baie nefuncțional. Aparat aer condiționat lipit cu scotch și foarte murdar - nici nu am încercat sa-l pornesc sa nu ia foc. Am preferat frigul, ca nici căldura nu mergea deși afara noaptea nu au fost mai mult de 1-2°C. Mocheta pătata și murdara. Pereți scorojiți și murdari.
