slept well and comfortable

in the middle of winter but room was warm. clean and neat, interior was new, we slept well: curtains made total darkness. bed was pretty good. chose it for relative proximity to the airport and good price. definitely worth it.

could hear some voices from room next when trying to sleep (not too loud, did manage to fall asleep in the end)

Overall, Pension Yasmine is an excellent choice for everyone. You might only regret not booking it.

But what truly impressed me was the cleanliness — not only of the apartment, but of the entire property. As someone traveling often with two children, one of whom is a one-year-old baby, cleanliness is extremely important to me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

Definitely not a 9.1 experience

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was very cold, the heating worked only for a few hours and then the radiators stopped completely. Later we also noticed that the bed sheets were not clean; they had visible stains and were made from a cheap polyester material that didn’t allow the skin to breathe. Even though the room was cold, it felt damp and uncomfortable under the blanket, probably because the fabric trapped moisture instead of letting it evaporate. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Some workers were staying next door and one of them was snoring loudly, which made it impossible to get any rest. The furniture is old but acceptable, that wasn’t the main issue. Overall, the place definitely does not deserve its 9.1 rating on Booking. That score is far too high considering the poor comfort, cleanliness, and noise conditions.

Unpleasant booking experience

The conditions ar fair.

The booking.com system is tricky. As we stayed there before at this place, we asked the owner to reserve a room with two single bed. He communicated us a price 15% higher than it was at booking.com. As a consequence we booked through booking genius at lower price and the system allowed to choose room with single bed. After the booking confirmation. The system sent us the message " Your special request " two single bed" was rejected by the owner". Not for a moment booking.com mentioned before confirming the reservation that our selection " is a special request which could be rejected, and it sole depends on the accommodation owner's good will" Anyway the owner was unsatisfied that we reserved through booking.com, in this way he own a commission to the booking service provider and as a result he rejected our "special request" as a punishment because we reserved not directly but through booking.com . BEWARE FOR ALL : BOOKING .COM DOES NOT GIVE YOU WHAT IS IN THE ADVERTISEMENT, IT WILL DEPEND ON THE ACCOMODATION OWNER WHAT YOU WILL GET . After more than 15 years Booking.com become a system to be avoided and reserve direct to hotels, then you will get for what you make a deal.

It was a fine location for a one-night transit between two other Iocations. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The mini-fridge in the room was convenient.

Superb

Exceptionally clean, staff very polite and communication was on a high level. The price was great so I cannot complain about anything. We spent 2 days, and they cleaned the room which I did not expect and is a BIG plus. The building smelled very nice. You can catch a boat and go to the center for one leu and 5 min walk from the apartment.

The toilet seat height was weirdly high. Maybe add one more trash bin to the main room of the apartment, but again these are small things that can be improved, overall i really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was really nice especially the staff, the room is clean and the air conditioning works just fine.

Unfourtunately the location it’s far away from the city, if you don’t have a car or take uber you won’t be able to commute.
