Tired, needs refreshed and repairs

Location works for me but thats always relative tonwhere you want to go.

We have stayed here a.number of times over the years, it started well but hotel has just become more and more worn out. The carpets are badly worn, the door handle to the room was coming off, the toilet flush button got stuck, the duvet doesnt reach either side of the bed. And even though we raosed this years ago - the safe still.isnt actually attached to anything!!

Good value for money

The room is big and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has its own parking which made it very convenient.

The carpet in the room needs better cleaning as the room had a smell which most probably was coming from the carpet

Yes, definitely it was a pleasant stay!

The size of the room, facilities, the restaurant! Large free parking! The quick access to the the motorway!

The windows need some reparations. The breakfast could be a little bit fresher!

Looks like a modern property

Room was not clean: - the linen was full of short hair - the toilet sit smelled, had hair around and dirty under - tv remote was sticky and full of dirt The room was reserved for two people and we received only one towel. When we addressed this issue to the reception, they were telling that it was our fault that on the reservation we checked “one person” room . We checked the reservation and there was “2 guests” checked. In the end, the receptionist was nice and gave us the other towel that had dirty spots on it. Another issue to our stay was the temperature. Room temperature was around 26+ . We turned off the heater from the bathroom and we set the room temperature to 15 degrees but still was too hot so we opened the window . Because the hotel is near the main street, we couldn’t sleep because of the noise made by passing cars. So we wake up in the morning really tired and the entire experience was unpleasant.

Service, rooms were quite big and clean, breakfast was good, though a bit expensive.
