Fix some issues with the rooms

Breakfast buffet was amazing (although not kept hot so it's cold if you come after 8-9), room was big, I liked the decor classic aesthetic.

The WiFi in the rooms is the worst I have experienced after one year of travelling and 50 different accommodations. Mostly it wouldn't connect, or it was very very slow. This made it very difficukt for me to work. Half the lights didn't work so couldn't fully light the room, bed was quite uncomfortable (mattress lower than bed edges). No Aircon or fan, so was hard to sleep at night in the heat. The windows were open when I arrived, to keep it cool, but mosquitoes filled the room. So first night very bad sleep from uncomfy bed, mosquitoes, and heat. I think for the room the price isn't worth it, but it's improved because of the big breakfast.

We stayed on a hot day, there was no airco in the room, while it shows on the booking.com website, we had to keep the windows open, which made it very noisy. When we wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water

I wouldn't stay here if i knew this place before.

The room was sweltering, and the air conditioning offered no relief. The children's sofa bed was noisy, creaking with every movement. The breakfast area was dimly lit, and black tea wasn't available. Unfortunately, there was no parking available for my car, as I was informed all spaces were full.

Unsettling experience

Spacious room The receptionist present on the night of arrival was extremely helpful and nice

Probably the dirtiest place I have visited on my travels. - Problematic parking - Hair in bed (on fresh linen) - Hair in the bidet (even though the tape saying "disinfected" was present) - Hairy carpet (after all those years it probably cannot be cleaned properly anymore) - WiFi was online, but wasn't providing any internet - Smudges on the mirrors - Stains on towel - The breakfast was underwhelming - before leaving the receptionist asked me to rate them 10 on Booking... 😬 Normally the room would be great in terms of dimensions and all, but the overall uncleanness of the place just makes you uncomfortable to stay there even a minute longer.

The hotel was falling apart, dirty and didn't have the facilities it said. The room was suppose to have air con but the unit was broken and looked like it had never been serviced, with dirty all over it. The bathroom had cracked and falling apart units, it was almost unusable. The staff just didn't care! Stay away at all costs!!!

The hotel is good and the staff is welcoming. I chose this place because it was open for check-in at late hours. The main issue is that the room was stuffy and the curtains were in deep need of a wash.

The breakfast was decent.

The room was not clean. The bathroom was awful. That is not a 3 star hotel. The bed was broken. Walls were filthy. I checked out after one night.

Do not advertise what you do not have

Shop and restaurant just near the place, clean room.

There was no internet while we were there at all, parking is there but you can use it while there is space, and there is no space for everyone, broken furniture in the room..

Very bad experience, we found bed bugs in the bed and the management did not take it seriously.

Parking was ok. Location was ok.

The room had very low quality since we found bed bugs in the bed. We found the bugs during the night, and the reception offered another room, but it did not fit the whole family. We did not get any other compensation, and management did not reply to our e-mails. We doubt they took the problem seriously.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL - It is infested with bed bugs. We arrived to our room and on the pillow there was a bed bug :) we immediately left the hotel . the receptionist didn’t even said sorry or was surprised about this when I told her what i have found in the room.
