Great services and excellent location. The front desk upgraded our rooms to fully enjoy the ocean view and get better sleep. The cleaning staff is very accommodating to our needs. The buffet breakfast provides healthy choices.

Good location and service, but an unnecessary issue impacted my stay.

The hotel is well serviced and in a great location. Matias at the front desk was genuinely amazing professional, kind, and very helpful / accommodating.

I had an uncomfortable experience at breakfast. My friend had booked breakfast for two people and we were both staying at the hotel, yet a staff member at the entrance reported me to reception for “not paying” and instructed me to go to the front desk. When I explained the situation, there was no apology and the interaction remained abrasive with the other staff member. The prolonged interaction at reception also meant I missed my Uber, which was frustrating and avoidable. I also couldn’t help but feel that the tone used would not have been the same if I were an older guest.

The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a great spread. The pool bar had a great variety of food, and the deck was lovely. The staff was friendly and it is a great location. I will be back.

Wonderful, our room had a view of the ocean and beach!

The breakfast was superb. It had wonderful papaya, and other fruit. It had everything you would want for breakfast plus great strong black Brazilian coffee. The top floor had a nice patio with a pool. The view of the ocean and beach was wonderful We sat up there drank great Caiparinhas and played cards. We also had a few lunches up there that were quite good.
