Wonderful hosts and magical place!🤗

It was our first trip to Scotland and the Isle of Skye with my husband and we would be happy to return anytime. ☺️ The nicest hosts we have ever met! 😊 They were very-very kind and helpful and the Pod was magical! It has everything we could possibly need. It is complex and comfortable. There is a shop nearby and it is also a short walk from the bus station, the restaurants and the center. I highly recommend it! 😊Wonderful people, wonderful Pod. 🤗

Good location not too far to walk to the centre, the pod has everything you need for a small stay with exceptional facilities and every detail thought of. A lovely welcome complementary basket and the host was super welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here at this cosy little retreat ☺️

Conveniently located for SkyeLive Festival, quiet but within walking distance. The Pod was very clean and comfortable and we had been left a good choice of breakfast goods which we were not expecting. Good parking. Lovely hosts.

One very very small thing, we could have done with a shelf at the head of the bed as we are both glasses wearers and had to fumble about in the mornings to find them on the kitchen worktop.

Very comfortable pod in the Centre of the Isle of Skye. All major Skye highlights are good to reach. The pod had everything you need and was very well taken care of! We will come back if we ever return to Skye!

This is a 10/10 property. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Cute and cozy, really well stocked for a med/ long term stay. Loved all the goodies that were supplied for our stay for breakfasts - thank you for the earlier check in too!

The bed is against the wall, so for 1 of you getting up during the night can be a little tricky.

Highly recommend this little pod in the heart of Portree. Excellent base to explore. The pod is decorated to a high standard and lovely and clean. Tea, coffee, milk and snacks left by the host were a special touch and much appreciated.

Lovely cosy pod, very comfortable and clean

We had a brilliant stay. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our privacy was respected at all times. We could park right in front of the Pod. The host was really friendly in all the messages. The house is in a lovely quiet residential area. Would have loved to stay a few more days. Can thoroughly recommend this place.

Home away from Home

Everything about this property was magical - and so clean! Private entrance, lovely indoor space, and everything you need (towels, extra blankets, heated floors!!). Host went above and beyond - made us feel right at home, and accommodated our requests immediately. All required info laid out in easy to follow directions - owner even provides directions to local shops and eateries. Everything you could ask for and more!

Absolutely stay here!!!!

We found Portree Pod easily by looking it up and following directions on Google Maps. The host stayed in contact with us through email and was super kind and flexible with us when we got a flat tire and showed up late in the evening. Also, there were an abundance of breakfast snacks waiting for us which saved us that evening since we didn’t eat all day. There was parking space. The instructions to get into the Pod were easy and clear. It was exceptionally clean, smelled nice and was warm and ready for us when we arrived. The bed was super comfortable (our first comfortable bed in 10 days lol). The floors were heated!!! Marion greeted us as we were heading to our vehicle our first morning and she was an absolute angel! Staying at Portree Pod was honestly the sweet cherry on top of our memorable trip! Easily the best place we stayed at in Scotland and recommend 100%.

A Holiday to Remember

Fabulous, cosy, immaculately clean and central location for everything. Marion and James who own the pod were kind and thoughtful. They even left gifts for my wife's 50th birthday, as well as all the goodies in the welcome pack. This was a special holiday for us, made all the better by knowing when we got back to the pod, after our days exploring, we had privacy and security. I can't recommend our whole experience here highly enough. Thank you M&J from P&T. Hopefully we'll get back some day.

Just book it. You won’t be sorry!

The host was looking for me and when she saw the travel coach drive by she waved us in. So helpful. The host also had some munchies and some lovely breakfast items available. Saved my skin since I hadn’t had dinner. To continue…the pod was immaculate and appointed with toiletries as if it were a 5 star hotels. Bottom line…12 minute easy, direct walk to town and a grocery store 5 minutes away. Do not hesitate to stay at this pod. It’s was the best!!!!!

Our stay was amazing, I want to live in this pod. It is so well organized, such a pretty design and great atmosphere!! Checking in and out were very easy, the pod was very warm (had floor heating) and comfy, we had an adjacent parking, great coffee machine and a really cute set of snacks! 15 minute walk from center

The little Pod was so comfortable and inviting. The hosts provided a much appreciated snack basket and some basics like milk, orange juice, butter and cheese along with tea and coffee. I loved my stay here and highly recommend it.
