The room was a nice size. There was a fridge and cooking facilities in the room

The breakfast was sparse. We had to ask for spoons and sugar. It would have been nice if there was a bar. Canned drinks were available in reception but we were not given glasses to drink them out of which is a bit unhygienic.

The studio was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Communication issues due to limited English! The day before leaving, I asked the receptionist if I could check out one hour later and was told yes. His English seemed limited. I asked him to write down my room number, but he said it wasn’t necessary. The next morning, another staff member who also spoke very little English knocked on my door at 11:15 (the original checkout time was 11:00) telling me I had to leave immediately or pay for late checkout. We then spent about 5 minutes trying to understand each other at the door, which was stressful and frustrating. In the end he allowed me to stay until 11:50. Unfortunately, this situation ruined what I had hoped would be a relaxed morning before my flight. In a hotel environment, it is reasonable to expect staff to be able to communicate effectively with international guests.

Salle de bains semblant propre mais mal préparée : une seule grande serviette disponible, 2 autres ayant été utilisées restées accrochées à une patère, un flacon de gel douche laissée sur le receveur de douche, très surprenant. Parking payant et peu pratique.
