Modern & light; comfy stay for a family, good connections to city centre, secure parking.

Clean. Well-equiped, includes little desk, good bedroom, comfy double bed (although sofa bed not so comfortable), tiny kitchen adequate for one or two nights, table for 4, small fridge, plenty of storage/wardrobes, good shower, has all that's needed for a family stay. Also, on-site secure parking (around 10 eur for a day), which we were allowed to use until after the standard check-out time, which allwed us to see the city without worrying baout parking (which is very expensive in public car parks). Helpful staff. Very simple breakfast 10 eur. Bar next door serves reasonable coffee. Nice area. Metro 1-2min walk.

Check-in only until 18h (15h-18h) - this limits the travel plans if you are covering long distances. Single lift of very small capacity (4 people) which requires a code to get down into the garage. No places to eat in the evening nearby.

I had a convenient and pleasant stay and if I visit Lyon again, this is the first place of choice.

the apartment has one bedroom with a comfy large bed, a small balcony to air the room during hot summer nights, and a convenient closet. The TV and desk are an interesting addition but I did not have time to use them. the kitchenette is excellent as it is well equipped with a cooker, fridge, kettle, and all utensils necessary to cook breakfast and small meals. the convertible sofa in the living area is comfy, and the balcony offers a great view of the main street. I spent a delightful week there as the apartment is in the city center, 5 min away from the metro, buses, supermarket, cafes, bakeries, river, and a walking distance from the key sightseeing attractions in Lyon. I was disappointed that I could not find a place in the Saphir hotel which is where the conference meetings were held, but this apartment was only 5 min walking distance from there and a great alternative at a more affordable price.

the hotel itself made a good impression: spacious room, located close to the metro, bakeries, restaurants and bars nearby. Shop within walking distance. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. I would gladly give the hotel 9 points if it weren't for the dirt in the room

the only thing that spoils the impression of the hotel is the terribly dirty rooms. it felt like no one had ever cleaned the hood in the kitchen and bathroom area. the balcony glass was so dirty that daylight did not get through. during our 6 days of stay, no one even came to throw out the trash. As was written in previous reviews, the hotel does not provide hand soap. I prudently took it with me.

Appalling Bubby

This place is on a university campus it should never be advertised as hotel accommodation!!! They took £884.00 of me and I stayed one night.... it's the 1st time in over 10 years I been ripped off by booking.com. and the last.

Clean comfy stay

Beds were so comfy, and everything was so clean ! It was very pleasure stay. I really enjoyed it, staff is excellent, appartman is small but very cute and comfy. With metro it is really near city center and it is very safe zone, because there are only companies around- business center.

I hurt my leg earlier , so I didn't like the fact that the elevator didn't work for one day so we had to use stairs where I really struggled... but the next day they got it fixed.

It was near the metro station,5 minutes away actually. So that made transporation much easier. The staff were very helpful and nice. It was 10 mins walk from saóne and 20 mins walk from oldtown. The neighborhood was good and we had supermarkets around,though the people sitting in cafe could be noisy sometimes.

There wasn't enough supplies for long stays like a week. There weren't enough equipement for preparing food and plates in the kitchen. They didn't clean the room regularly; and there weren't appropriate facilities for us to do it as well. So at the end of 11 days stay it could become a mess.... The sofa bed was a bit small for 2 normal size adults.

Buena ubicación, pero el agua caliente arruina la experiencia

Nos alojamos más de una semana en este apartamento en Lyon y la experiencia fue aceptable, aunque con puntos importantes a mejorar. La ubicación es muy conveniente, a solo 200 metros del metro, lo que facilita muchísimo los desplazamientos por la ciudad. El apartamento tiene suficiente amplitud para 4 personas y el check-in fue sencillo y práctico. La limpieza general estaba bien. Incluso realizaron una limpieza durante nuestra estadía, aunque no limpiaron el baño, lo cual nos sorprendió. La cocina cuenta con suficientes platos, vasos, tazas y cubiertos. Además, el edificio dispone de lavadora y secadora (con costo adicional), algo útil para estadías largas.

El mayor problema fue el agua caliente. No nos informaron que es limitada. Somos 4 personas: tres se bañaron y ya no quedó agua caliente para el cuarto. El agua directamente no calentaba. Envié un mensaje y no obtuve respuesta. Al día siguiente hábil me acerqué al mostrador y recién allí me explicaron que el agua se calienta solo dos veces al día, cada 12 horas, recomendándonos que dos se bañen por la mañana y dos por la noche. Para una familia o grupo esto es claramente insuficiente, y además limita otras necesidades como lavar platos con agua caliente. Esta información debería comunicarse antes de reservar. Otros puntos a mejorar: No hay horno ni suficientes elementos de cocina para preparar comidas más completas. Solo entregan una llave, lo cual es incómodo para un grupo. El televisor es bastante obsoleto. No había secador de pelo. En resumen, la ubicación y el espacio son buenos, pero la gestión del agua caliente y algunos detalles básicos afectan la comodidad general. Con mejor comunicación y algunas mejoras simples, podría ser una experiencia mucho más satisfactoria.

Appartement spacieux, coin cuisine plutôt bien équipé, literie correcte.

Les appartements donnant sur le boulevard sont bruyants malgré le double vitrage. J'ai signalé que les ampoules de l'éclairage au dessus du lavabo étaient grillées. On m'a dit qu'elles allaient être changées mais cela n'a pas été fait. Petit déjeuner sans plus, pain frais (ou pas ?) vraiment pas croustillant avec une mie très épaisse. Viennoiseries quelconques. Une femme de l'accueil est plutôt désagréable (proposition : changer de métier). Les deux autres personnes étaient aimables.
