Le B Complexe Hôtel

This was a great hotel and the perfect location for me since I was attending a wedding nearby. The room itself was comfortable, well-proportioned, and featured a very comfortable bed. It was nicely stocked with in-room tea and coffee, as well as a minibar and snacks if needed. The WiFi worked well once connected. While there were no staff on location over the weekend, it wasn’t an issue at all—the entry codes provided for the building and the room made the self-check-in process incredibly easy.

The only real downside was communication and the lack of upfront information. The hosts weren't very responsive on the Booking.com messenger, which was a bit frustrating as I had requested an early check-in well in advance. When I arrived an hour early without a response, I found a phone number listed on the door to text them directly instead. There was also a lack of proactive instructions regarding parking and the WiFi code—I ended up just parking outside hoping it was fine, and had to text management to get the password for the internet. A quick information sheet or an automated message sent prior to arrival would easily solve this!

La facilité du check-in check-out via des codes d’accès. C’était très pratique. Le fait d’avoir demandé à avoir un bureau pour pouvoir travailler m’a permis d’être surclassée dans une chambre très spacieuse avec un super grand bureau. Un grand merci !

C’est un peu compliqué de communiquer avec l’établissement, en l’absence de réception sur site, et après avoir quitté l’établissement. Mais j’ai finalement pu obtenir ma facture au jour de qq jours.
