Very good location and the views are amazing. There is an elevator which was perfect cause we got a lot of luggage. good parking.
No hand soaps/shampoo/gel shower at all. No washing machince or iron in the apartment. There is a washing machine in the building but you have to pay 5€ for washing and 5€ for drying which is 10€ per one wash! Too much!! most owners take maximum 2€ per wash. The kitchen lacks a lot of equipments.

Good location.
Nobody from the facility was available at the location upon check in and multiple phone calls were required to get access to the room. Nobody was present at the office during the stay or at departure. Local tax came as a separate charge, and the management actually sent an e-mail to my work colleagues to demand payment of these 18 Euros. This property is not to be recommended.

Missing coffee table in the living room, WiFi was not working properly, no soap in bathrooms, no toilet paper

Great communication before arrival. Friendly welcome. Lovely light spacious apartment. Beads are quite firm. Under floor heating in the bathroom. Bread delivery in the morning. Piste literally just across the road. Shops, bars and bus stop all within 100m. Really a great place.

Schönes modernes Apartment mit Bergblick - innen etwas hellhörig!
Die Aussicht ist wunderschön (Bergblick beim Frühstücken). Das Bad war modern und sehr geräumig. Die Küche war sehr schön hätte nur ein wenig mehr Kochutensilien - Basisausstattung - benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos (Schlüsseltresor). Rund ums Apartment sind schöne Spazierwege. Die Stadt Schladming ist mit dem Auto oder Bus schnell erreichbar und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten für Touristen (Lokale, Geschäfte etc.)
Die Lattenroste haben laut gequietscht. Nachbarn waren leider stark zu hören - Trampeln. Generell ist das Apartment sehr hellhörig. Die Straße vor dem Apartment ist sehr laut und stark befahren.
