The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is right next to the Ski School and directly on a blue slope, which makes it perfect for beginners or families with children who are just starting to ski. It’s incredibly convenient for practicing on the blue run with drag lifts without needing to commute anywhere. The room was very nice, with breathtaking mountain views from the window — truly unreal. Housekeeping was good, the bathroom was very clean, and everything felt well maintained (no mold or any unpleasant details). Overall, the skiing area itself is amazing — beautiful mountains and a great ski zone.

The limited English spoken by the staff. Only one receptionist and one bartender spoke English fluently. One waiter spoke English as well, but he was there only for two days during our seven-day stay. Most of the time, we were served by a waiter who did not speak English at all, not even basic words. When we addressed him in English, he would simply continue speaking German. Communication was quite difficult, and at times the interaction felt slightly uncomfortable. It may be that the hotel mainly focuses on local guests, which is completely fine, but international visitors should be aware that English communication can be limited.

Everything - it was very clean, everything was newly renovated, very modern and practical! Also user friendly and the stuff was very very nice and helpful, the food was delish! Will come back in numbers for sure!

Nice and friendly with some downsides (would it be cheaper I would not complain)

Super located, very (!) friendly staff - not only the owner, but also their employees. Dinner was delicious, breakfast ok

The owner could invest more in maintenance (eg shower head), renovate restaurant room (seating and tables). The ski boots room is really ugly compared to other hotels claiming the same tariffs

Relaxing weekend in the mountains

My room had a wonderful panoramic view at the mountains. It was clean and cosy, had a sofa and a big balcony. I really appreciated that dinner was included into the room price, since restaurants in the town center were fully booked on a Saturday night. Both breakfast and dinner were very nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were at home. The rooms are clean and cosy, There is also a storage for skis and snowboard that is easily accessible and secure. The host was cool enough to let us leave our bags in the storage even after check out. There is also a sauna to enjoy after a long day in the snowy mountains. Highly recommended!

Superb

We can recommend this hotel because of a very good location for skiing, nice personnel and very tasty food. We slept in the hotel for the first time, but we had already come here for dinner during our previous visits to Schladming - Rohrmoos. We like all the skiing parts of the locality (Planai, Hauser, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm) and skiing door-to door is a big the advantage.

Brusekabinen var alt for lille. For lidt gardarobeplads til 2 personers tøj og skitøj. Morgenmadsbuffetten var fysisk presset.
