Only a minute's walk from the harbour up a little lane, ‘Seaview Meadow’ is on a hill with wonderful sea views across the bay. Facing south you can watch the sunrise over the horizon & sit on the terrace & gaze out to sea all day. Have morning coffee watching the sun slide across the sky & wander down to the sea for a swim. Decorated to a high standard ‘Seaview Meadow’ is a cosy retreat for those wanting to escape for a while.

The cottage was appointed with pretty much everything we needed for a week’s stay and nothing we didn’t. Great location - 2 minutes to the bus ,harbour shops and cafes. Quiet. We would return and recommend. Cyppo and Mandy were kind and welcoming.

A great place to explore beatiful Cornwall. A small but a very quiet and comfortable place equipped will all you need. Beatiful pictures painted by the owner ( did not know he was a painter) add charm to this place. A large patio is there for you to sit in the evenings and enjoy the views.If you like hiking, it is a perfect place to explore coastal paths.Also a trip to St Ives is a must. Public transport in the area is great.A very helpful host. Many thank Cyppo and Mandy for your hospitality

To start with the host was brilliant, very nice and informative with a wealth of local knowledge & recommendations. Welcome goodies were a nice touch and appreciated! The cottage is fully equipped, and a lovely place to rest after exploring the many beaches within 30 minutes drive.We would definitely stay again, thanks for the hospitality

Enjoyed our short stay at Cyppo’s cottage. Cottage has everything you need. Comfy bed and kind welcome gift of wine and chocolates. Only a short walk down into the village or uphill to the Kings Arms at Paul. Parking wasn’t an issue as we parked in cul de sac just above the cottage.

We had a lovely week in this apartment in Mousehole. Cyppo and Mandy were the perfect hosts, most welcoming and on hand to offer help and advice but in no way intrusive. There was a bottle of wine, fruit and chocolates to welcome us; we were very comfortable and even had perfect weather ! Hopefully we will return here, thank you so much.

Very compact but tastefully furnished studio. Owners were very warm and welcoming, imparting lots of useful recommendations regarding places to visit and good places to eat. Unfortunately due to mixed weather conditions we were unable to take advantage of the front terrace.

The property is well located in Mousehole, just a few minutes through narrow streets doen to the harbour, with some nice bars, and places to eat and drink. We had a warm welcome, with some sweets, wine and most important, a personal contact. Points of interest, land’s end, st. Ives and the wild safari at sea with the Cormorant (and we were lucky to see delphins). Don’t forget ‘Four Teas Cafe’: order cream clotted tea!

We had a very warm welcome from Cyppo, who had left some thoughtful treats & beautiful flowers as well as practical things like milk, pain au chocolat & coffee. He had lots of useful recommendations for things to do & places to eat. He even apologised for Saturday's atrocious weather! Two nights weren't enough to see & do everything in the area, so we will definitely be back.

The property lies close to the owners house within his property and looks out towards the sea and the unspoilt and beautiful harbour of Mousehole and is a 5 minute walk away.. The property is snug but well designed and fitted out with all the things you might expect for a brilliant holiday . We would definately stay here again.

Far enough up the hill from tightly squeezed centre of town to be able to drive in and out without too much trouble. But because property name included “Meadow” we expected to be out in a field with easy parking ! Our host Cyppo was most welcoming and made us feel quite at home. Basic breakfast needs and a box of chocolates were welcome little luxuries upon our arrival.

Mandy and Cyppo have a gorgeous property and the Mousehole area is a gem we will be sure to return to for our anniversary trips. Not only is the accommodation beautifully kept and furnished, the hosts are incredibly friendly and relaxed in their approach to hosting and provided us an excellent experience as first time users of VRBO.com. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt incredibly welcome at all times. The Cornwall area is rich with natural and local heritage and Cyppo and Mandy are great for pointing you in the direction of places to see/eat and things to do. Recommend highly.

Right from our arrival Cyppo and Mandy were great hosts. A warm welcome and some lovely welcome treats greet new visitors.They gave us some great tips about where to eat and where to visit. The let is perfect for a couple, comfortable and all the equipment you need for a holiday. The exclusive use of the terrace which looks out to the sea is particularly nice in the summer. The only challenge is parking, but it is for every house in Mousehole, so as long as you know what to expect it is no problem at all. We never had to be more than a couple of minutes away. Although we tend not to holiday in the same place twice, for this place we may well make an exception!

Cyppo and Mandy’s cottage is a comfortable, warm, relaxing home away from home. The cottage was plenty spacious enough for me with a ‘bedroom’ area which felt quite separate from the couple of steps down to the ‘sitting’ area. The 2 Velux windows allowed the light to flood in and created an opportunity to easily let fresh air in giving a feeling of embracing the outdoors. The decor in the cottage has been tastefully done with pale colours and natural wood creating a modern feel of relaxed coziness. There are some great places to eat and relax with a drink in the village of Mousehole along with good walking right from the doorstep and so many beautiful places worth visiting nearby, St Ives, Newlyn, Penzance, St Michaels Mount, etc Cyppo and Mandy were always available if needed but not intrusive. I had a wonderful stay in Mousehole and would definitely return. Thanks for providing a great place to stay and enjoy it all.

Seaview Meadow – is a compact self-contained accommodation ideal for a couple and brilliant for visiting Mousehole - a short walk to the harbour. Cyppo and Mandy are excellent hosts, very welcoming and provided great suggestions of where to eat and visit. Thanks we will hopefully will return to Cornwall.

We had such a lovely 3 night stay in Mousehole and can thoroughly recommend Seaview Meadow. Cyppo and Mandy provided everything that we needed and more. We were given some good tips of places to visit and all of our comforts were seen to. The warm vibe in this accommodation is very conducive to relaxation and the position is superb, being just a very short walk into mousehole. We loved it!

Cyppo and Mandy were excellent hosts, available but left us alone. We received a very warm welcome with wine, milk and chocolates. A brief tour of the property and instructions for appliances was very helpful. A handbook for the property was readily available with emergency contact details if needed. There was also lots of up to date information on things to do along with an OS map, books on local history and even a children’s book on the story behind Mousehole Lights. There is no allocated parking, this wasn’t a problem for us as we visited in September but I would imagine could be difficult in high season. There are however plenty of buses to the main tourist attractions. Wi Fi was patchy but that was common throughout the area. Lots of steps-it is in Cornwall.
