The cottage was very cosy and contemporary in design with many clever elements which meant it never felt too small. In particular the kitchen was cleverly equipped with everything we needed to cook supper. We liked the small moveable lights and artisan tables. The bathroom design was also smart to fit a bath/shower in such a small space. It was a cold period in January but we were very snug in the Old Gallery.
I found the ceiling on the ground floor quite low. I'm 6ft 5". However there is a very comfortable wing chair to escape to with a glass of wine! The bedroom and bathroom ceilings were no problem. My wife is 5ft 4" and thought it was all perfect!

Top Lage und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Einzige Herausforderung ist die Grösse vom Haus. Es ist sehr klein und eng. Im Badezimmer macht sich das am meisten bemerkbar.

The location, just in the town’s heart, the equipment, with modern appliances, the decoration, attention to detail, cleanliness and order in the cottage.
And the landlords, always providing information and helping with whatever is need it. I have been every year during the last five going to Mousehole, and I never experienced this level of professionalism.
Honestly, I like it all. Nothing bad to say.

The locations was absolutely beautiful with attractions such as St Ives and St Michaels Mount were a very short car ride away. The facilities were very good as well with a nice shower and kitchen. The hosts were also lovely and gave us lots of advice on local attractions and restaurants.
The parking was a little bit more expensive than listed at £10-12 for 24hrs and the larger car park a little further out only accepted coins or payment on an app. The ground floor also has quite a low ceiling which wasn't a problem for us but if you're over 6ft this could be an issue.
