I would just say that the volume of information in messages could be off putting and may be better in a file in the cottage leaving you the choice to read or not.

This property was very well equipped. It was lovely, very clean, comfortable and a great place to stay for a few nights.
Parking in the area was tricky, but we found a lot within walking distance and luckily had good weather so wasn’t too much of an issue carrying our luggage and groceries from the car to the property.
