The property was warm and well equipped. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy to use. Plenty of space to cook in. The bathroom was as expected the shower was lovely.
The lack of internet wasn't an issue with the WiFi being available.
As explained there was no parking at the house. This did mean parking a little away from the property and needing to pay £10 per 24 hours. The only time we brought the car to the property was to pack to leave ( we were advised this was ok) a neighbour was quick to complain and confronted us putting a dampener on the final moments of an otherwise fab week.

It was generally well equipped but instructions on how to use the hob would have been useful.
I felt the description of it having a picnic area was misleading. I also thought the reference to the bathing pool was misleading. Saying it was available at an extra charge without explaining that it was located 3 miles away!

I loved the bedrooms especially
There was a smell of dampness downstairs
But maybe because of the season we stayed in. It was still early spring. Or maybe this is just Cornwall thing. Or possibly is the beauty of the historic walls 🙂

Well located and very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was milk and tea and coffee left as well as chocolate biscuits.
Forgot to get some wood for the burner and local shop shut at 3:00, so it was cold in the evening- though there were blankets to snuggle under on the sofa to watch tv
